Hey there!, well I hope I do hear from them.  I am praying that this month we all hear something positive from them.  Its about time.

Email was the mean of transmission.....at least that's what they told me to do!  So, let's see if tomorrow I will get another update

Am new to this group but not visajorney.🙂 am  filing for my parents. dq June 23/2020 for both parents. With this ban Covid-19 it’s so stressful known how helpful  it would be with my parents being here to help with the kids while I work.  I try expedite their case twice and was denied. So I leave it at that. When they lift the ban I expedite again and was approved March 11/2021 case said ready but no interview date, email them and all I get bck is due to Covid-19 and we don’t know when 🙄 I sent them back an email reword it now I’m waiting for a response this is very stressful my anxiety is going through the roof and I need to return back to work so I can help out financially

Just to let you all know I receive my mom case number today it's been 41 days since her        I1-30 approval so I had to call NVC 5:30 am my time wait 1 hr on hold,  I suggest you call them if you haven't received an a welcome letter in the mail because the lady was saying to me that they the reason I  haven't got my case number is because they  doesn't have my email on file

the 15 of november was send 29 october

My first submission was in October 25  second October 30 then on November 4 I add my mom police record.I think early on in a post I send November 2 but that’s wrong.

Well I still i have a long way to go 😊🙏I am waiting for a case number for my dad but at least I won’t make the same mistake. I know you are next I hope  You hear from them between today and tomorrow

Pro tip: don't hack or cough during your interview, it could tip the scales against you <just joking!

The mother is not allowing her to leave because your husband pays for everything. You said it yourself. He pays her schooling and everything else. He is the grandmothers cash cow and if the grand daughter leaves she gets no more money. 

It sound to me like the mom is jealous, spiteful are just have badman toward the dad, but on the other end it get confusing because she is not living in the country she doesn't visit the child on a regular basis but she doesn't want the child to have a better life, it's not like she's benefiting from what the child is getting because she is not the one who have the child. when I came to the United States I left my three year old living with my parents his dad only take care of him financially he doesn't visit him he doesn't call him he doesn't check up on him he will just either send the money with someone or have brother to meet him somewhere and I filed for my son and he didn't even know and the day before my son was leaving my dad call him and let him know that my son was leaving which I told him not to but he thought he was the father and he should know and that was it I wasn't having any problem with immigration he didn't need to sign anyting but I guess every Caribbean  country is different and mine is Jamaica. A couple people have said it on here that you should go to the court and try and see if you have a better chance of getting her continue to love and care for her and I see you do very much best of luck

Don't know if it's really count much since this thread is mostly for people filing  for their suppose but I file for my mom on February 6th at the Texas service center and she got approved today
