Know it's frustrating! Now one can put themselves in your shoes with that long waiting, but don't blame the K-1's for their fast process. I agree it's weird but there is nothing to do about it.
I know he shot low and you are tired, sad and just want this to be over with. I keep everything I can crossed that it will happen soon!

Your application will not be in Dallas. Again read up on what is going on. Every I-129F is just being sent to a lockbox in TX. That has nothing to do with where you are being processed

Yes ALL visas can get denied. There is absolutely no visa that garanties entry to the us.
AOS is adjustment of status you have to do that after you enter on the K-1 and are married. It's to get your green card and work permit and all that. It's about a $1,000.
I really think you guys should read up on all this because you need to know this stuff before you get started.
Look at the guides on the top tap.

Experienced people are telling you what to submit because we know that is what USCIS wants to see. What do you do when you are in a relationship? You spend time with that person, it is logical for them to ask for evidence of time spent together. You can either submit what we suggest, submit what YOU think they want to see, or continue to complain about the process.
    good luck

Oh that one! I'll just copy and paste it from the email they sent. Anyone who has done this after May of last year, please let Georgia know if anything has been changed since then, thank you!

I agree with Georgia16, that kind of attitude will not get you help on these boards. The people here generously offer their advice, guidance and support, FREE of charge I might add, based on their experience.
It is a good idea to involve your fiancé in this process since it is he who will file the paperwork and he needs to know what is required of him as well as you. You already have red flags that are increasing at every post and a poor attitude does not help your cause.
Take the advice you have been given and say thank you to the people who have helped.

A fantastic idea would be to get your significant other on here and read about types of evidence. If you can't do a simple forum search or some poking around for it, it might be better for someone a little more fluent and organized to do so.

Exampled of easy countries: Europe, Philippines, Australia.
Examples of hard countries: Africa, the Middle East
Countries that does not have a lot of people trying to commit fraud are considered "easy" and those countries where people are often trying to commit fraud or consider "hard".

No like I said just because you are living in France doesn't make you from France you'll still be Tunisian.
Like this: If I moved to america on a student visa. That would not make me american or give me the rights of an american. I would still be danish.
It will never be a waste of time to spend more time together. You haven't been together for that long so i would be good both for you and the process.

You don't understand because you haven't read enough about this process
They questions you have a good but you'll have to do research yourself too. look at the forum for Tunisia.
Because some countries are just harder to get visas from do to many things. Some countries need more face2face time then others, some needs more evidens and front loading and so on. Therefore you should read about these so you know how your package should look like.

Yeah I know. But being pregnant is not a reason for an expedite, then everbody would just go ahead and get pregnant.
It's sad people use pregnancy to be together faster and then if no then they will just wait as you said. (NOT saying that's would OP did)
