We were told to stay home to flatten the curve.  We did that.  Now, we need to stay home because... well, we listened the first time, so why not do it again, for no reason?
 
Went out to eat twice yesterday.  Both times, did not wear my mask when I entered, waiting to see if I would be asked to.  Nope.  No one said a word.  Not even an evil look from the seated (the position where 'Rona is unable to get you) diners as I walked to my table.  Everything was copacetic.  And I infected exactly zero people.  Win win.

Stupid is allowing oneself to stay locked up when it doesn't make sense.  Ask Peru how it worked out for them if you doubt me.

Amazing how that thar 'Rona knows just what a swing state is.

Kind of falls under election fraud, I think...

Yep, I called the county clerk recorder's office to check status and they received. Even if they can actually call it, I ain't giving the state/county government my cell #. In places like that, I'd be calling like every day.

Hopefully those 40,000 people are going online or calling and verifying their ballot has been received by the polling officials.  I know I did.

Think I saw someone post online a store that said a screeching Karen is dangerous yelling through a mask, so if she wants to screech, to borrow a plastic bag and tie it around her head to protect others.

Awesome news!  Sadly, Pelosi said today that she is confident Biden will win, so we will never see Trump's plan go into effect.  Oh well...

The family of Walter Wallace Jr., who was fatally shot by Philadelphia police, does not want the officers charged with murder, a lawyer for the family said Thursday.
Attorney Shaka Johnson said the Wallace family doesn’t want the two responding officers to face such charges because they were improperly trained and didn’t have the right equipment to deal with the situation, in which Wallace, who had mental health issues, moved toward them Monday afternoon with a knife before being shot.
Video from police body-cameras released Thursday show Wallace emerging from a house with a knife as relatives shout at officers about his mental health condition, Johnson, who saw the video before its public release, told the Associated Press.

All the stores I have been to require a mask, which ones that you go to do not.
 

Kyle extradited, already in custody. Not an unexpected result, but there's basically zero chance he's convicted beyond reasonable doubt for either of the charges I saw. Does this even go to a trial? They're basically joke charges. 

It's a tough situation to be in. We have seen store employees getting attacked just for asking someone to wear a mask. I have the utmost respect for grocery store workers and people in the service industries who have to deal with this. They are trying their best to manage an already difficult situation, risking getting exposed to Covid everyday and then having to deal with the selfish jackasses who won't put on a mask for 5 minutes because it's all about them.
 
  Most of the stores I go to around here won't let you in without a mask.

Having arrived to this party a little late due to boating the past couple of days, I find it to be more of a statement of fact and not a personal attack.  
 
While your personal dedication to trying to render harmless the information against the Bidens may well be appreciated by the Big Guy, it isn't going to carry a bit of water here.  Best to just let the story unfold as it will methinks.

So your recommendation is to close many thousands of threads here in VJ because they are no longer on topic?  Sounds like a monumental task, as evidenced by the thread that was closed yesterday that we hadn't posted in for years.
 
But I get your point.  Perhaps you can lead the way with a "What level of violence am I willing to undertake after the election" thread where we can all come together on the matter.
