finally exactly 17mos. we are now approved under csc feb 21 2017 filed

By the way my daughter got positive skin test in mycountry so when we got here the public health kept sending us medicine for tb i think for 6 months even her xray was cleared.

your fiancee didnt meet the answers  they  needed. The questions were always  tricky. 
Some are simple some are not. My hhusband   visited us many times before we filed the petition and due to my annulment. I brought like a bag of evidence of our relationship and the guard kept laughing at me and even asked me if i forgot some more evidence in our house i said yeah i forgot those stuffed toys my fiance gave me... Weve been patience to our k1k2 journey but everything worth it. Goodluck to you and to your fiancee.

I am sorry to hear about the denial. But the above in bold is the mistake you made. Perception of your relationship makes up a large percentage of the decision of an officer. Meeting criteria doesn't tell the whole story. I speak to my coworker everyday so I can say we talk all the time. It does not mean we are best friends.
 
You say you only met once... how long was it for? How long ago was it? 
 
It may be time to invest in more time to visit her. It will be beneficial for the both of you in the long run. She also has a child so that is even more reason to have more in person meetings. Especially since are very protective of how minors who are are about to immigrate. You say you love her child, but it is best to be sure that her child has some sort of feelings for you also. You can then decide what path you would like to take. You can reapply for a K1 or you can eventually get married and file for a CR1.

Wife filed ROC. Oct of 16 in state of Iowa. Received approval March of 18, received card Aprial of 18. Card was produced wrong and in process of getting it corrected. No interview just approval and card sent. See time line for more info.

Sounds like you're more about the green card rather than the marriage. Marriage first, than worry about the green card. Where are you living? How are you surviving? Are you certain that you're still married? Is he in contact with you?

Yes im annulled too..i gave two kinds of Nbi to the consul.... married and single

the sputum culture is 60days coz they are using a machine...so if the bacteria grows the machine automatic alarm then they will check who own that sputum....that's why they asks 3sputum so if all positive you need to do the treatment freemonths...if 2 nega and 1 positive you need to repeat the sputum...and if they told you to take clarithromycin they found out that u have pneumonia and need to repeat the xray aftr two months...

im annulled...she needs to file annulment...and wait 8months to 2years..mine took 18months...
