LOL, I know damn well it doesn't cost $380 to renew license. Nothing is expensive in the Philippines.... lol
The $380, which I correct myself, it's $385 for the services of CGFNS.
All I said in previous post was:
"My wife's nursing license is expired in the Philippines. Should she get that renewed before she processes her paperwork through CGFNS or does it really matter if it's expired or not? I NEVER said that's what her license cost to renew. She didn't want to pay the $380 (actual $385) to start the process with CGFNS. I pretty much thought it was obvious what I was talking about so I didn't think I had to clarify what the $380 was for. I'm sorry I didn't find an even more simiplier way of explaining it and I don't see how my wife's friend has anything to do with getting money out of me. Nothing was ever stated about needing or wanting money. I think your getting off topic a little bit. The topic is regarding her friend in Florida, not her or her becoming a nurse. That has been figured out already and in process, thank you!

UPDATE: The USPS carrier found our mail and delivered it to us today. Last friday, it was delivered in the wrong address, so thankful that we have it now. Thank you so much everyone! :-)

Yes it was put mistakingly in the wrong mailbox. The carrier came back and opened all the mail boxes but they couldn't find it. So what we did was, we put signs near the mailboxes, that a mail is missing and whoever has it to just kindly contact us or drop it in the "mis-throw" box.

also in your previous topic you said the interview on Jan 9 was for removing conditions...your topic here says naturalization interview. Naturalization is citizenship, not removing conditions. Two totally different things. Was her interview for removing conditions or citizenship?

i think they have a glitch on the system at that time that's why i took so long... call the colsulate so you can be sure with the timeframe of passport processing.. if you live near LA why not pick it up yourself.. to have it delivered cost additional $5, and might delay you for days for the deliver time.

Yes they do. In my case, I did the 2 days medical then the next day was my interview. They actually asked when would be the interview, so I told them it would be the next day, so they just let me have the result and I was the one who gave it to the US embassy. But I must say that you could not take the result with you if there will be health issues. I was so glad that everything went well (no problems). But anyways, yours will be a week prior to your interview, so I think it will still be St. lukes who will forward your result to the US embassy. Hope this helps.

There are forms that specifically tells to leave the space blank if the answer is NONE or N/A. In my case, I just followed on what the instruction says. Hope this helps. By the way, you are applying for adjustment of status right? Did you mean to type I-485?
