One member YanYan seems to have gotten lucky.....Her time frame indicates that she sent in I-129f on August 8, 2014 and received NOA2 on August 18, 2014. Its a little confusing because her Consulate is listed as Armenia, but her profile states Philippines.

Assuming there will be no issues in the uscis, medical and embassy stages, and considering CSC won't change its processing time within the next months, it can definitely take only 6 months. But a lot of things may happen in each phase of the process, so don't be too surprised if it takes longer than that. Some K1 folks did wait for a year or so mostly because of medical and background check issues. I suggest that you guys don't book any ticket or finalize the wedding date.

Assuming no criminal background, no tuberculosis complications, they have their passport ready to go and it will not expire soon, and other problems do not exist it can move pretty quick. Nothing is ever certain with immigration timelines. Definitely have your fiancee check their passport expiration date. If it expires in less than 1 year you may want to consider having them get a new one asap. It can take a long time in the Phils to get that. I would say 6-9 months is a good estimation. You can do less if you are lucky and are prepared.

My fiance just left the United States this last May 2014 back to the Philippines. He did all of the medical exams, etc on his last entry here. I hope this help fasten the process. Again, thank you for the comment :)

He will have to re-do the medical because it's for a different visa. But if he doesn't have any TB-related concerns, he will most likely ace it then. :)

All the best to you guys!

I think I know what had happened to that individual. If a person leaves blank for Consulate field, the system automatically add Armenia by default.

Back when I was filling out those info, I had left it blank because my fiancée's country wasn't listed at the time. Because of that the system adds Armenia.
