Not everyone wants to share the details of their child’s death. So the world can pick apart her death? How does that help anyone? A healthy child died that probably  would be alive if those around her followed BASIC public health measures. Unsure if she or those around her were vaccinated but they probably would have helped too. Regardless, parents lost their child to this virus that two years ago was unheard of. 
 
Additionally, why are people always so quick to say, when someone dies of covid, they had/must have had preexisting conditions.  Just because someone has diabetes doesn’t mean they they would die decades before they were supposed to. Not all obese people normally die of a respiratory illness. If everyone in this country would succumb to covid due to preexisting conditions there would barely be anyone left. Something like 40% of people in this country are obese. Imagine if they all died of covid? Organ recipients, folks with high blood pressure, cancer patients, smokers etc. to think it’s all Normal that these people are dying of a respiratory illness (that’s in the same family as a cold) way before their time is crazy..and just not smart.

Are you suggesting that the risks of masking and vaccines are too high compared to the cost of doing nothing?

Tsk, don't you know she killed herself really because pre-existing conditions that we don't even know exist is totally her fault. Totally 'normal' 'healthy' people don't die, it's just physically impossible. COVID only kills 'defective' people, you know.

Healthy 13 year old's dont succumb quickly to what?  This Delta variant is ripping through the unvaccinated ( and vaccinated) parts of the country and we seriously don't know how this impacts young people.

If you view life through the lens of 'politics' then everything looks political to you.

You assume a political narrative was pushed. Information about this child is out there. She was a healthy and happy child that had just started school where she was exposed. There are thousands of children that are dead, thousands that are left with severe effects from the disease, and another 2000+ hospitalized right now.

The question is not why institution X or Y should be viewed skeptically, the question is why are people ignoring science and behaving against their own interests.
 
And this makes masking , vaccines and testing invalid how?  Is distrust of the government helping the man I described above or his family?  They already lost a wife and mother, do they have to pay a higher price from someone else's disinformation campaign?
 
This is not the war against Christmas or a battle over a baker making a cake for a gay wedding.  This is a real issue with life and death on the line, and now we see the Delta variant may be putting our children an their future at risk.   If you personally dont want to wear a mask, don't.  If you want to immigrate, or fly or work or go to school and dont think the vaccine is in your interest, use the exception process and file for an exemption, but dont go around telling people that they are sheeple, ignorant, dupes and putting their lives at risk with breathing CO2 from a mask or a virus that is latent in their body when the science specifically proves they are lies.

why aren't you moving there? i mean, have the kid here if you want (i certainly would). but after kid is born, move there, do whatever you need to do to be legal there, and then if you decide later on that you want to move to the US... do it then.

why file the K1 to begin with?

As long as you marry him while in Brazil, you can always petition him as your spouse later on. Just take into consideration the process to be approved for a green card for a spouse is about 2 to 3 years. So, if you plan to relocate to USA, you'd have to apply waaay ahead. If I were you I'd give birth to the baby in USA. Less paperwork for later. Good luck!

The hospital I work for? The official state website? local news? CDC? Yahoo- which pulls from all mainstream sources? 
Please re-read my facts I provided on HIV/AIDS and look at how foolish you were to compare the two. I wish only 1% of the population was like you. 
Also, PLEASE tell me the hospital your sister works for; I personally would like to report them for defrauding the government in their "COVID" claims. 

But marijuana is legal in Massachusetts and you probably don't believe in masks; so what is your point? Do you social distance? Do you wear a mask everywhere you go? 
 
Also- I'm not forced to stay home. Actually, no one in the United States was EVER forced to stay home.

If I withdraw my petition now, before he goes through the visa process - 
1. Will he have a hard time using his current tourist visa to enter the US and visit? (He has 3 years left on it) Possibly- but no one can tell you for sure. He has shown immigrant intent with applying for the I129f and will now have a US citizen child-which shows strong ties to the Untied States. Whose not to say he will come, marry, stay and adjust status? (Not saying you will- just putting out what it could look like)
2. When he goes to renew his tourist visa, will there be any issues due to the withdrawal? No - I'm not sure if he has to declare that a petition has been filed for him in the past when he goes to renew the visa- if so then of course be honest.
3. If we choose to live in Brazil and get married there, will there be a problem applying for him later? No- but you would have to file a CR1 (spouse) instead of the I-129f.
4. If we choose to come back to US, will I have an issue redoing the I129F and bringing him in on a K1 to get married here? No- but I believe there is a part where it asks if you have petitioned for someone else before- so you have to address that.
 
Is this a business that he has to be physically present for in Brazil? Can it be done remotely? Visit Brazil a few times a year? If so, then personally I suggest getting married right away and file for a CR1- it will take over a year but he will be a permanent resident upon arrival in the US. Have you guys thought/talked about what would happen if he was denied entry to the US on a tourist visa or denied he renewal? Just some things to put out there. Good luck and congratulations on the pregnancy!

Thank you for clarifying. I think that many of us will look at your post and assume you would want to have the baby in the US and that your supports are in the US- and the ultimate goal is to stay and live in the US. It seems that you want your life primarily in Brazil and will only come to US a few times a year to visit. If so, then it wouldn’t make sense for your husband to obtain permanent residency as residency in the US never seemed to be the plan (w a family) Yes, you are correct that if he came on the k1 it would be months-year before he got a green card. No one can say if your (future) husband would always be allowed entry or have a successful renewal of his b1/b2visa his entire life. Needless to say many people successfully have an American spouse and are able to travel on a b1/b2. 

I too don't understand OP's reasoning here on why they would withdraw because they're pregnant. The reverse, IMHO, should be the logical reasoning.
