I would look at this as a positive sign, meaning they are looking at your case. You can only provide what you can provide and it seems you have provided a lot of stuff and what is the worst possible scenario, that you go for interview and get your card sooner rather than later. I know that sounds quite easy and no doubt if I am summoned by the powers that be I will be a nervous wreck, but it's a means to an end. I don't know about you but I am tired of worrying about GC's  as is my husband and my status in and out of the country when I visit my relatives etc. It is very stressful!

What really makes me quizzical though, is the fact that they send out RFE's and then it still take months to make a decision. Surely an RFE indicates they have been looking over a file and looked at evidence. So surely they should make a decision sooner, meaning if you don't get an RFE then it means they are satisfied with the evidence and should produce the card.  Sorry I hope you understand what I am trying to say and not very eloquently!.

You have way more stuff that I had and I got my approval letter last night without getting an RFE!  so you will be fine, I am sure of it.

    Agreed.

To add a little humor (?):
A young man entered a pet store and said, "I want to order 25,000 cockroaches, please."
The clerk asked, "What do you want with all those cockroaches?"
"I'm moving from my apartment soon, and the lease says that I must leave the premises in the exact condition in which I found them."

Seems like this thread is going to be quiet for a while.  Hopefully people will check in again when approvals start coming towards the end of this year.

Yep,  I found that slightly weird, ,what else I find weird is no mention of  my bio-metrics appointment and you know i had to change mine with no acknowledgement  online of changing it or the new date if any!!  I guess we all pay a thousand or so for absolutely no service.  Quite frankly  I find this process of paying big sums of dollars for a long delayed service, quite disturbing, both financially and emotionally draining. They have no idea about the overwhelming sense of not belonging or the stress it causes!  Enough said!

It's saying to send in the evidence (joint accounts, wills etc) if you didn't send it with the forms and check. You probably already sent it all in one package, so no need to worry.

Everyone's NOA1 says this, including mine

The petitioner's criminal history, citation etc doesn't affect the petition, ROC or anything else. The only petitioner crime that US immigration cares about are the ones that fall under VAWA. Don't even sweat it...

no I don't think it will cause any issues. you simply misnamed something where they can see what it actually is.

if it would put you at ease when you get the noa1 it will give you instructions on how to send in additional information and you can just write up a letter explaining the mistake and give then a corrected version.

    good luck

When your fiance comes to the states all the DHS officer looks at is the sealed packet she will bring with her they will not ask much else other than when do you plan to get married or something along those lines. When your fiance applies for adjustment of status you will need to fill out a I-864 Affidavit of financial support proving you make enough to sponsor. You have 90 days to marry your fiance from when she arrives on US soil. As to not sabotage your plans, I'd advise moving the marriage as late as possible but of course not exceeding the 90 day rule. That way itll give you some time to get a new job to meet the requirements. If you cannot find something by then, you always have the option of getting a co-sponsor to sponsor your fiance for you.

Call up HR and argue with them.
Fines are low this first year. Details here https://www.healthcare.gov/what-if-i-dont-have-health-coverage/
    Also says on that page--
"If youre uninsured for just part of the year, 1/12 of the yearly penalty applies to each month youre uninsured. If youre uninsured for less than 3 months, you dont have to make a payment.
Youll pay the fee on your 2014 federal income tax return. Most people will file this return in 2015."

Once you've submitted an application to adjust status, your husband is in a period of authorized stay until a decision is made on his case. So you have nothing to worry about regarding your husband accruing unlawful presence.

I know this is a slightly old thread but I though I'd add to the comments (for other people reading). If your relationship is genuine then London certainly is not out to get you. In addition you can fluff a few things and it still won't go titsup. I've just had my AOS this week. I managed to get my age wrong ! A jab in the ribs and a correction from my wife caused much amusement to the IO.
Mr and Mrs style questions ? Well most men would probably get those wrong and the IO's know it so it's really about the "vibe". IO's have seen all shapes of relationships and plenty of scammers. They can tell the difference between the two pretty well I'd have thought.
And for those going through London K1 - I can guarantee you'll find it a breeze if your relationship is genuine and you make sure you comply with their requirements in terms of documents. My top tip ? A properly arranged (small) folder where you can easily pull out all the documents they ask for. I can also guarantee you won't believe me until you walk out that door with a spring in your step.

Good photo and much nicer envelope indeed. It would be hard to mistakenly open that one. And notice it is a bit crumpled but will be just fine in that condition.
Uh-oh... I see something that will worry corvusheart. It says "Do not pack it -it must be hand carried"
It means don't put it in checked luggage. You can pack it in a carry-on bag that will go in the plane cabin with you. It does not have to remain in your hand all the way across the Atlantic.

I dont know what happened before, in other threads, but reading all the comments, i feel like most people are kind of being mean to OP. Every person is different, some are too emotional, some are holeric, others pessimistic. I am also worried, and will believe that my approved case is not a dream only after POE. OP, good luck, and hang in there!

Don't worry to much. Employer letter from March 2014 is enough if you also submit your most recent pay stubs. (letter from employer dated march 2014 plus lets say if you file in Aug 2014 then submit pay stubs from March to August)You won't get RFE if you submit 4 or 5 months paystubs specially if you have submitted most recent pay stubs.
