EndlessStory got a reaction from Gorkhali in Adopting a relative?
Singapore has good health care. Cheaper than US and they are as good

EndlessStory got a reaction from Darnell in Japanese Fiance B2 Rejected once under 214b, want to make sure we get it right this time
Letter from you saying that she is going to stay at your house during that period is going to show her ties to the US and not japan.

EndlessStory got a reaction from Asia in Extend B1/B2 Visa
Is depends on the date that is stamped on your passport. It's usually 6 months but sometimes the officer can stamp a shorter date too.

EndlessStory got a reaction from TAB2TAB in i-693 when full medical exam is unnecessary.
I got mine done for $150 on the same doctor mentioned by VJ-er and they got it done for $30. They price might have increase? Who knows

EndlessStory got a reaction from Faycel and Renee in Is a new medical needed in order to file AOS?
You need to have your vaccination transcribe for AOS if it's not complete. Can you still request for DS 3025 from the doctor in Algeria? You need some sort of proof that your vaccination is complete for AOS.
He does not need to do the entire medical again. Only need vaccination

EndlessStory got a reaction from iamatemple in My step-son denied CR2 at interview saying he is USC (though abandoned 3 years ago by USC)
I thought if you didn't report birth abroad then the child will be phillipinos? Since it's Philippines born child then the kid will be eligible for CR2? Just threw a question out of curiosity

EndlessStory got a reaction from emik in 3 questions
1. They will ask you to get a co sponsor, they won't deny you right off just because your income is not enough. That is if there's no other issues with your case.
Edit: if they allow co sponsor in your embassy.

EndlessStory got a reaction from asthania in QUESTION

EndlessStory got a reaction from Brit Abroad in Touring Europe After K-1 is Issued BUT Before Entering US
Yes you can travel before entering U.S. on a K1 visa. Will not have issue during POE as long as you enter before your K1 expire.

EndlessStory got a reaction from Darnell in help, copies of i-134 didn't know needed originals
They will probably only give you 221g and request for the original. If nothing else goes wrong with the interview then your visa will be issue after you submit the original I-134

EndlessStory got a reaction from Glyn and Kathy in k1 visa fraud with picture proof
She will not be able to file for Adjustment of Status regardless whether you withdraw the petition or not. She can only enter U.S. with K1 visa to marry the original petitioner and Adjust Status. If she marry someone else. She could not adjust and will be out of status. She needs to return and file for CR-1 but she will face a lot of issue during her interview.

EndlessStory got a reaction from Asia in engaged while was married to USC wife
You are just staying a little longer with your current wife so that you can get naturalized and then divorcing her? Fraud.. Your fiancée with face issue at the interview
-
EndlessStory got a reaction from Girl from Celebes in k1 visa an length of relationship...
There's no standard.
My fiance and I, we are 16 years age difference. I think this matter in some consulate if the guy is younger than the woman. Won't be so much of an issue if the guy is older tho. What matters is the genuine of the relationship.
Good luck with your application
