I can't believe you will suggest an abortion but hey, you're entitled to your opinions.
Buying their own insurance will take care of this.

Here comes the judgmental posts again! smh.
OP is already aware of their situation hence the post..no need making them feel worse.
They can resolve the insurance issue by buying their own insurance albeit it won't be cheap.

A bit off subject, but since when does being Muslim mean you can't get a tourist or k1 visa?

Removal of Conditions petitions are taking a long time because there is a backlog. Maybe you will grow an inch taller by then !

I think that your evidence shows a good range of factual information to show that your lives are intertwined. If I were you I would not worry about it. I sent probably not as much evidence as you have, but I thought that it was a reasonable amount to prove my marriage is legitimate. In my opinion I am already here, living with my husband and if they decide that I need to send more evidence, then I will. If my application is delayed because of it, it has no real effect on my life (unlike when I was applying for my K1 visa and was living in a different country to my then fiance). So I am happy to wait and not worry about it because I know that it will all work out in the end.

you don't need SSN to get the marriage license/get married. They'll just need his/her passport.

yes, this is correct. Get your packet 3 response in as close to the deadline as possible, and then you'll be able to slow down for the interview, and your eventual POE. Getting there in September should be quite doable.

That was always one of the very specific things said; no original documents are needed at any point unless asked through RFE by the government. Only copies are needed.

That's a recommendation by Visajourney, not a USCIS or Department of State requirement.

It will be much easier to help resolve this with more information. Please post a photo of your friend and the location of the WalMart store.

you should be fine, for I-134, but you'll need it later for AOS, and you can order the transcript from the IRS on their website, for free, and it comes in about a week. easy-peasy.

Once you get your EAD and can work, things will be much better. Everyone finds the period of adjustment and not being able to work to be pretty tense. You've put in effort and money to get this far--not to mention taking the place of someone behind you in line who REALLY wants to be here. Now is not the time to cave. Man up, my friend. You will feel better in a couple of months.
