As a work of fiction, all of its parts are negotiable. Many different flavors of religions edit it for content and format to suit their specific superstitious doctrines.

um, it very much is correct. have you ever been to seminary? how many hours have you put into studying the bible, alongside others - also studying the bible? my bad, i see you don't want actual discussion - carry on asking an unanswerable question.

The parts about the Easter Bunny and Santa Clause, but don't mess with Santa Clause too much, he can be a big angry sky pixie too and give you lumps of coal in your stocking if you are a naughty boy or girl.
in all seriousness, I am not religious, but I used to be, and if I were putting on my former hat I would tell you this with utmost respect - use your head and your heart to determine the answer to your question - the real question, not the one where you want to negotiate, its not about negotiating, keep in mind that neither your priest nor any other man can tell you how to obey or follow the word of your god, they are there to provide you with guidance, but only your god can ultimately judge you.

Im more of a business woman type, my finace is ex military, now deputy, so its not like he is 50 cent and Im some video hoe.. I worked with people for a long time to know when somebody is asking me questions cause they have to and cause they want to nag me.
Im just so glad it is over.. so glad. And I really hope AOS is going to be easier.

Nov. 25th is the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women. It is an occasion for governments, international organizations and non-governmental organizations to raise public awareness of violence against women. Violence against women and girls is one of the most widespread violations of human rights. It is exploitation, sexual violence, honor crimes, forced early marriages, domestic violence and sex trafficking. These and other forms of violence cause untold human suffering and has a profound effect on our communities. With devastating statistics and a desire for change, The United Nations created the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women in 2000.
Take a look at these United Nations Development Fund for Women (UNIFEM) statistics. They are disturbing and are a call to action. Violence against women jeopardizes the progress and prosperity of the world.
In South Africa, a woman is killed every 6 hours by an intimate partner. In Guatemala, two women are murdered, on average, each day. Between 40 and 50 percent of women in European Union countries experience unwanted sexual advancements, physical contact or other forms of sexual harassment at their workplace. More than 60 million girls worldwide are child brides, married before the age of 18, primarily in South Asia (31.1 million) and sub-Saharan Africa (14.1 million). As you can see with these alarming statistics, violence against women is an issue around the world. Locally, it is no different. Here are a few statistics to describe the epidemic taking place in our country.
83 percent of girls aged 12-16 experienced some form of sexual harassment in public schools. An estimated 1.3 million women are victims of physical assault by an intimate partner each year. As many as 1 in 4 women experience physical and/or sexual violence. As many as 2.8 million children run away each year. Within 48 hours of being away from home, one-third of these children are lured or recruited into prostitution and pornography. Approximately 80 percent of human trafficking victims are women and girls and up to 50 percent are minors. According to the U.S. Department of State, strengthening the prevention of and response to violence against women and girls is of vital importance to the interests and overall foreign policy of the United States. Women are an invaluable source in peace-building and conflict resolution. A woman's education is linked to increased national income and improved health. Additionally, women are known to drive economic growth. Violence against women prevents them from fully contributing to their communities.
With the statistics listed above and the information given from the U.S. Department of State, we hope that you will observe this day. Every source of awareness and education helps prevent violence in future generations. It is crucial that our children grow up believing in Every Relationship Violence-Free, regardless of whether it is an intimate relationship or not. We all need to respect the women in our lives and appreciate the contribution they have made into making our world a better place.

the 90 days is NOT to see if the relationship is going to "work out". The 90 days is given to make any arrangements for the marriage and to get married!!!! I will never understand why people here continually think and or state that a k-1 visa is a "get to know you" visa. A k-1 is for the foreign fiance to come and GET MARRIED to a USC!!!!!

Otkay so this is why I encourage all married folks to have separate finances (they can have a joint checking account for othe rnon HOUSE bills and stuff).
So let's say you have a house before you married. Technically that house is protected UNLESS the opposing party can prove that they have contributed to it financially somehow.
So for example you should have paid every last single dime or stuff to the house and not allow them to pay a cent, mortgages, insurance, repairs, bills etc
So in this case the EX does not really ahve part of the house but has part of the equity in the house since the marriage.
    I'm not a Lawyer.

why did you apply for expedite? Based on your pregnancy alone? Is it a high-risk pregnancy? Medical care that you can ONLY receive in the US?
You will not be expedited due to pregnancy. Unlikely you will be approved before you are 7 months pregnant. Maybe if they speed up, and you're lucky, but still unlikely. Plan for the worst and hope for the best... though honestly I would think that remaining around your family for the birth would be better than basically being alone. Your fiance is great I'm sure, but he won't replace your need for your family at that time, and getting them visas to the US can be very hard.

I know I sound repetitive, but the data is pointing in your direction now.

That wasn't the first time I gave an incorrect answer? LoL. u am not perfect. The answers I am providing is based on my completed greencard progress and worked out without any RFE's. so please tell me how I can be incorrect about something I've already done? Now, that's rude. It's incredible how people trying to attack other that are here to help. I provided a link that basically gave them the answer to their question. That's all. Also, if they want more information, and you did say that they don't always do, they send your an RFE and don't deny your petition.

First, not everyone believes in God so some people would find your assumption that they do, or that there IS a God, insulting. Also, what if said person is missing limbs for whatever reason? Sometime being snarky can be meaner than you intended.
And secondly no. In my area there are no buses, trains, taxis, subways etc. I live in small-town America. No licence means riding my bike or walking. The nearest town is a 15 minute drive doing 55mph, and even then it's not a big town. Nearest BIG town is 45 minute drive doing 65mph on the freeways.

Well I mailed all the documents for my fiancees interview last Monday by USPS. They charged $68 for 5-8 day delivery. It finally arrived yesterday..two days before the interview. No kidding, I was sweating it!!!! So, in 7 hours my fiancee will go for his interview!! I am so excited and nervous at the same time. Pretty sure I am not going to be able to sleep tonight.
Can't believe after all this time, it is finally happening. It seemed as if this day would never come...but IT DID!! I know it is easy for me to say now, but for all of you still waiting..hang in there. IT WILL HAPPEN! Nothing good every comes easy and it will all be worth it in the end. And don't forget that all of us are keeping you in our thoughts and prayers too!
    Sending love today!!!!
