Considering that you knew before hand that recently smoking 'weed' carries a one year ban then I don't think you should be disappointed. Did your fiance admit to using or did the doc find marijuana in his system?
You being denied as well because of a lack of a bonafide relationship between you and your fiance should be an eye opener. Not saying that there isn't a genuine relationship between you both but this is a good opportunity to look at your relationship under a microscope. Maybe have an 'outsider' (someone who is objective and you trust) look at your cell messages and or IMs and tell you their impression of your relationship. The fakeness of your relationship may have come across to the CO due to how your fiance answered his questions eg: too confident/rehearsed, not confident enough, hesitation, nervousness, not knowing basic must know info, vague answers, answering 1 question different times with different answers, story not adding up. Your fiance's denial may also be due to the relationship comming off as a 1 way relationship eg: too many trips in one year to JA by you, too many Western Union receipts (for such a short relationship), the amount sent via Western Union, the converstion in the chat evidence (you're obviously more into it than him/he's professing love very soon after knowing you) etc. Take this one year a chance to see if your relationship is true. Don't rush into anything.

My advice is to keep your garbage and wait until you are calm to look for it. A lot of times stuff go missing and when I look for them when I'm angry/worried I never find them. However as soon as I'm calm and have a seat that's when I remember where they were, see them laying in plain view or find them in places I just checked.

Don't know where your fiance is from but when he does the medical they will draw blood and when they test his sample and they find something they were told wouldn't be in your fiance's system then your fiance is in trouble.
If he admits to using weed more than a year ago then he should be good. If it was less then that could delay your reunification by about a year so that he can he rehabilitated.

Hence why it could be said TM was defending himself against GM who attacked or threatened the dead boy's life first.

Could be for a host of reasons:
1)The person handling your case at the embassy is VERY thorough.
2)You have 'green' CO who wants to make sure everything is spiffy.
3)The embassy just wants a complete picture for your case specifically. Maybe there's an abnormality with the divorce certificate and they want to ensure the outstanding documents support what the DC says.

Kinda-ish. People tend to mature as they get older and the 'attitude' they had to different things in life at 19 is likely to change by the time they approach their 30s where as a 26 yr old is likely 'stuck in their ways' and what you see is what you'll get for the rest of their lives. But as we know there is no hard and fast rule in life. Change is a part of life despite the age.
