You want to go home to save money? But doing the cr1 isn't for free either.

It will say void no matter how you copy it. It's done so that people can't just make a copy and claim it to be the original

Having an American boyfriend who pays for the visa application and her trip won't make it easier to get a visitor visa rather the opposite.

Why would they want to move over if they can't support themselves here? Did they actually think they could just move over and be taken care of?

Try doing it and let me know.
Big plus for being a Grandparent is being able to hand then back.

According to the USCIS we are not overseas up here in AK! When I had my neutralization interview in Anchorage there was a woman there who had an infopass to ask about that, her husband was stationed at JBER and she was told it didn't count as overseas.

Wouldn't you have to wait for your child to enter the US and get his green card before you join your husband in Japan? Or are you planning on flying your child over and include him in the expedite?

Don't believe that just because NVC approved it, they're not too good on the country specifics. The birth cert I got from the Swedish tax office was approved by NVC, yet when I went to the interview I was told it's the wrong birth cert and I got a 221(g) to send in the correct one.
If other Danes say you need the stamp from the police station, I would just go and get it. Better safe than sorry.

It can be tricky to do on your own since you have to include income from abroad too.
Why aren't you filing jointly with your husband? That is an important piece of evidence when it comes to prove you have a real marriage.

You could leave the day before it expires, it really doesn't matter! Just as long as you enter before it expires you are good.
