  1. Perfect! it is always nice to see things work the way they should. -Kineo
  2. I've seen where people have posted they got it in as short as 60 days and several less than 90 days. - Kineo
  3. In Ukraine sometimes the young children are on mom's passport. That will work also. But the child will either need their own or on parents passport to apply for Uniting for Ukraine. -Kineo
  4. Ah. This is the way I understood the process. Not many beneficiaries will be adjusting status unless something changes during the 2 years they are paroled for. -Kineo
  5. No. Most Uniting for Ukraine cases will not be spousal cases. -Kineo
  6. I found the post I was thinking of referring to AOS. Boiler, can you elaborate? Thanx - Eric
  7. It simply means the travel authorization has been posted to the beneficiaries USCIS account. No further action on your part. -Kineo
  8. Yes, both! Participating in this forum is also great. I enjoy sharing what I've learned and learned a few new things also. Was it you who mentioned beneficiaries going through the AOS process? Any idea how they would go about doing that? Thanx - Kineo
  9. Our beneficiaries arrived in Boston yesterday from Warsaw via Munich and Frankfurt. Process was very smooth and efficient for all of them. The total time from from deplane to terminal exit was less than 90 minutes. -Kineo
  10. Our beneficiaries arrived in Boston yesterday from Warsaw via Munich and Frankfurt. Process was very smooth and efficient for all of them. The total time from from deplane to terminal exit was less than 90 minutes. -Kineo
  11. The beneficiary will receive an email (USCIS Account Access) with instructions including their "Online Access Code". -Kineo
  12. New information received from USCIS today extending the 14 day period to attest once the beneficiaries arrive to 90 days.
  13. Our beneficiaries will be flying from Krakow via Frankfurt to Boston next week, Lufthansa. Our friends beneficiaries will be flying from Warsaw direct to Chicago about a week later. Ukrainians with a Biometric Passport do not need a transit visa in any Schengen country. Other countries, like UK, you may need one. So check.
  14. For most travel it is no longer required. But check with your airline. For entry under U4U she will have to attest to all the items here https://www.uscis.gov/humanitarian/uniting-for-ukraine/uniting-for-ukraine-vaccine-attestation. I have heard that they have to provide proof. -Kineo
  15. We've used Meest in the past. Very satisfied with their service. -Kineo
  16. From what I know, yes you can. Others I understand have had success doing so. I would make sure that the instructions for evidence is carefully followed. I have heard that this not being completed adequately has led to case processing not to complete. -Kineo
  17. If you applying for Uniting for Ukraine (U4U) you will not receive email. You will have to login into your USCIS account and look under notifications. Your beneficiary will receive and email though. -Kineo
  18. A question came to my mind about whether Passport expiry will effect how long they will stamp the parole for. One of my beneficiaries passport expires int April 2023. From my understanding too far way to renew now. Does anyone have experience with whether they will parole for 2 years or until April 2023? If April 2023 is there a process to extend the parole once their passport is renewed? -Kineo
  19. From what I see: - Their Ukrainian travel passport would be needed - COVID testing and vaccination requirements have been lifted by Poland and Germany -Kineo
  20. Thanks! I had a brain fart and forgot. So I updated my post..
  21. Not sure from where in Ukraine to where in Poland. But I know there some buses that run from Dnipro to Krakow for example. Trains from Dnipro to Krakow are 1 or 2 train changes. e.g. in Lviv. -Kineo
  22. Sounds like everything so far has gone absolutely as is should. As long as your beneficiaries travel authorization post to their USCIS accounts it will be perfect. As far as the the travel authorizations, they are not mailed. But I would trying to make sure they get a printed copy. Not real sure I would want to depend on trying to use it from the phone. -Kineo
