    I did 2 more application. USCIS/CBP has it down to 3 days now, start to finish! -Kineo

    I have learn from some of Ukrainian friends that in some situations children are listed on Ukrainian Travel Passports. In this case they should qualify as long as they are traveling with their parent. -Kineo

    COVID vaccination is not required to enter the US under Uniting for Ukraine. The line you quoted would be the appropriate response. They will need at least a negative PCR test to travel thouhg. -Kineo

    Actually probably an extremely good idea. Assuming that all these folks at the airports are up to speed would be asking a lot. So when they look confused the beneficiary could ask them if this document helps sounds like a great option. If nothing else it might save time and frustration. -Kineo
