  1. If you are refiling I would think you would want to correct the number....
  2. Great! Let us know if you have questions. We'll do our best to help. Best of luck. -Kineo
  3. Ahhh, right, I forgot about that.
  4. Thought this was September 8th.....
  5. I think I missed something here. Where did you see this?
  6. Mostly from sifting through documents from USCIS, DHS and CBP. Most of the information is there but not all in one place. After that some trial to see what works. And listening to the experience others have had.
  7. For 24 & 25 "Uniting for Ukraine Humanitarian Parole". The eligibility category for U4U needs to be (c)(11). -Kineo
  8. If they have their travel authorization you must have done the pre-arrival attestation. The IGRA TB test and attestations would be within 90 days post arrival. For non-stop flight there should be not additional COVID requirements. -Kineo
  9. Don't have personal experience, but my Ukrainian family. You are pretty much spot on. Flying into RZE or KRK would be our suggestion and trains (or bus) from there.
  10. All 3 beneficiaries did fee waiver. All 3 fee waivers have been approved. The best and most assured approval option on the I-912 is #1 if they are receiving SNAP, TANF or MedicAid. -Kineo
  11. We used Lufthansa, Krakow->Frankfurt->Boston and Krakow->Munich->Boston
  12. There is no need to be related or anything like that. Basically you need to show you have the means to support the beneficiary. And the beneficiary need to be eligible for the programs. Sweet and simple. Given this I would do the I-134 again. -Kineo
  13. My guess would be something wrong with the application. Approval only usually takes a 1-3 days tops. I would expect the most expediate way to get things moving is to submit a new application being sure it completed correctly and all supporting documentation is uploaded. -Kineo
  14. Sounds pretty reasonable, Probably suggest Krakow. -Kineo
  15. I heard that if you call LOT airlines you may be able to get special prices for Ukrainians. -Kineo
  16. Got some questions; - How are the parents able to file I-130/I-485 together? What family status applies? - The I-539 my understanding is the form to change non-immigrant status e.g. Humanitarian parole to asylum. I assume there would need to be justification/evidence? Are there any examples of this process that one could follow? Two of our U4U beneficiaries (husband & wife) here have a I-130 filed by his US citizen mother in progress for a few years. Can they file their I-485 now? Their priority date is still a few years out. Thanx - Kineo
  17. Who sent a letter this letter? USCIS? Actual I-765/I-912 timeline: 2022/07/27 - I-765's and I-912's delivered to Chicago lockbox 2022/08/04 - NOA1 & Fee Waiver approval for beneficiaries #3&#4 2022/08/05 - Biometrics letter for beneficiaries #3&#4 2022/08/22 - Biometrics for beneficiaries #3&#4, EAD approved for beneficiaries #3&#4 2022/08/26 - USCIS sent EAD cards for beneficiaries #3&#4 2022/08/29 - EAD cards and SS cards arrived for beneficiaries #3&#4
  18. More information and tons of personal experience in this thread: https://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/783072-has-anyone-else-applied-for-the-uniting-for-ukraine-program/ -Kineo
  19. Steve is on target here. This can be filed online now. The fee is $410. Or they can apply for a fee waiver (I-912) and file it with the I-765 in the mail. The whole process for 2 beneficiaries I've been working with took 35 days from the time the forms were mailed to USCIS and when they received their EAD cards and SS cards. =Kineo
  20. It can be very quick. The shortest we experienced was 3 days from I-134 submitted to travel authorization in hand. Even the longest was only 9 days ... -Kineo
  21. Yes. The travel authorization will be on the beneficiaries USCIS account. (I, as sponsor, get 2 of my 4 beneficiaries travel authorizations on my account also.) I have found the actual travel authorization might not show up immediately after receiving this notice. -Kineo
  22. In Maine it was no problem to apply without SSN. Our beneficiaries applied for SNAP and MaineCare as one application with the Maine DHHS(though these are federal programs. These are programs discussed here:https://www.acf.hhs.gov/orr/fact-sheet/benefits-ukrainian-humanitarian-parolees -Kineo
  23. The TB test and 2nd attestation need to be done by the beneficiaries in the first 90 days. I would apply for benefits first (SNAP & Health insurance). For most then they will want work authorization. For Driver's license the state have differences but mostly similar. In Maine they request SSN, but in the fine print you can explain why you don't have one. (We did explained that not yet, waiting on USCIS/SSA to process.) Yes. On the I-912 it is noted that it is for the I-765. And they are sent together. I don't think you should send check with I-912, we did not. I would recommend applying for benefits (SNAP and health insurance) first. If you can show the beneficiary is approved for SNAP, etc put it on the I-912. This will almost automatically approve the I-912. -Kineo
