  1. It is amazing what USCIS is capable of doing when the put the effort into it. I have been pretty impressed for the most part. Just let us know if they have any questions on the process. The CBP travel authorization document can take 0-3 days from my experience. -Kineo
  2. Yes, "CONFIRM Notice" is approval. It should read "USCIS has reviewed the Form I-134, Declaration of Financial Support, that you filed on behalf of the beneficiary named above, and we have confirmed that your Form I-134 is sufficient." My experience is the beneficiaries will received their emails "CONFRIM Notice" and "USCIS Account Access" in less than 24 hours. -Kineo
  3. Some good information about benefits available to U4U Parolees: https://www.acf.hhs.gov/orr/fact-sheet/benefits-ukrainian-humanitarian-parolees -Kineo
  4. At the POE they will present their Passport, travel authorization and documentation of guardianship of minor(birth certificate) if applicable. I expect there will be some questions most relating to info supplied on application. (One question our beneficiaries were ask where they will be staying initially.) There will be some waiting time while CBP processes paperwork. Our beneficiaries arrived in Boston and it took between 1 and 2 hours for Passport control and CBP. -Kineo
  5. We are fairly pleased with the I-765/I-912 process. It took 33 days including mail from mailing paperwork to receiving EAD cards and SS cards for 2 U4U beneficiaries!
  6. When boarding a flight to the United States the beneficiary will need passport and travel authorization document. If a minor, a proof of the adult they are traveling with is a parent or guardian. They will also need them at POE. This program is not intended for border crossings. People have had difficulties crossing from Canada for an example. Also crossing from Canada or Mexico of the people I have heard successful have been limited to a 1 year parole. -Kineo
  7. I was reading the Advance Parole instructions. It appears that for people on humanitarian parole the instances for this are pretty limited: -Kineo
  8. Somehow I missed this though I have been to this page many times. It is very clearly stated. Thanks for posting! -Kineo
  9. I've seen some debate on this issue. Some say that they can apply for advance parole to travel out of the the country. I cannot see anywhere that humanitarian parolees are eligible for this. From my understanding if they leave the country their humanitarian parole ends. I believe you should be able to file an I-134 and start the process again and they would be eligible to be paroled again, but I haven't heard if anyone has tried this, not to mention if they had success. -Kineo
  10. I think that is a good question. I'm not sure. I did create the travel group both ways Child->Mother and Mother->Child. -Kineo
  11. U4U parolee are expected to arrive by air, thus some of the difficulty and 1 year parole. (i haven't heard about a way to get the term updated) Yes, our beneficiaries have federal Health insurance and food assistance through the state department of human and health services until they get working and established. -Kineo
  12. A couple of others have suggested the best way is to submit a new I-134 since the passport number is a field that you cannot change, The only other idea I have is to try to contact tier 2 customer service, they might help. -Kineo
  13. I high doubt if there would be an issue. They should do a change address though as soon as reasonable. That is a stipulation of the program to update USCIS with there correct physical and mailing address. -Kineo
  14. I recommend calling USCIS customer service and get to tier 2. My understand they can actually look into the case where tier 1 can't. Though this might be with CBP at this point. -Kineo
  15. You will need a account for each of them either way. Where they are all over 18 I don't see much advantage of linking them together. -Kineo
  16. From what I see the change is not too vast. I believe the biggest difference is the change from children over 5 years old to children over 6 months old. Here is the official information: https://www.uscis.gov/humanitarian/uniting-for-ukraine/uniting-for-ukraine-vaccine-attestation -Kineo
  17. I would highly recommend having both old and new passport. The old one would tie all the paperwork together. -Kineo
  18. I-912 would have had to been sent with the i-765 in the mail. -Kineo
  19. You could try a call. Pretty sure you will need to at least get to tier 2 customer service to get someone that can actually look into the case. I think others in this situation have created new cases and had them process through fine. Your mileage may vary.... -Kineo
  20. We discovered that once the NOA1 is generated for the EAD process the case automatically is connected to our beneficiaries myUSCIS account. I assume this is since we provided the myUsCIS account number on the forms. It is very nice since the NOA1, Fee Waiver Approval and Biometrics Appointment are available there so timely. Here is a quick timeline: 07/25 - mailed I-765 & I-912 07/27 - received by USCIS 08/04 - NOA1 letter 08/04 - Fee Waiver approval 08/05 - Biometrics appoint letter 08/22 - Date for Biometrics -KIneo
  21. Beneficiaries than have filed for EAD, Did you mail of e-file? If you mailed, Did you file the I-912 with it? Have you got your NOA1? How long did it take after they received the application to issue the NOA1 Did you get the email? Our beneficiaries mailed on 7/25 was delivered to the Chicago address on 7/27 and haven't seen anything yet. Thanx - Eric
  22. Normal process. Though it can take weeks, it usually is a few days like yours. -Kineo
  23. Hi UFUAFG, Adults need at least one vaccination and need to attest to that before travel authorization is issued. To my knowledge they will not need to present documentation of it at anytime during their journey. (My beneficiaries were not asked about it,) -Kineo
