  1. Not sure what you are referring to here. There is no biometrics for U4U. If they apply for Employment Authorization(EA), then there is Biometrics, but only for those who apply for EA. -Kineo
  2. I'm not sure why it work for one and not the other. But, from my understand option 1 on the I-912 is the strongest case for fee waiver. So it might er worth it to try. -Kineo
  3. Should be no worries. Last time I checked restrictions had been and still were lifted in Poland and Germany for COVID testing and vaccinations. Also the US has no restrictions on arrivals for COVID testing or vaccination.
  4. As long as the attested the 14 year old has not been vaccinated due it not being available for that age. They will have 90 days once they arrive to vaccinate. -Kineo
  5. For I-765: (c)(11) - Paroled in the public interest Go to our USCIS Lockbox Filing Locations Chart for Certain Family-Based Forms page for the filing address based on where you live.
  6. I think adding option 3 would be a good idea. Just write a good short explanation of the current state of finances and lack of immediate income. -Kineo
  7. If your beneficiaries are receiving SNAP (food stamps), TANF or the state Medicaid equivalent, go with the first option. It is about as close as you can get to assured approval. Option is tough because documenting their income will probably have challenges. We did option 3 from 2 of my beneficiaries with success. But you need to write a good justification. For the Advanced parole make sure you review the very limited situations that humanitarian parolees are eligible. e.g. vacations and friendly family visits don't qualify. -Kineo
  8. Should be able to. Just not many option available to them on the I131.... -Kineo
  9. I am familiar with a family of 3 (Mother and 2 sons). Quite simple. Took a little over 2 hours from arrive. It will probably depend also on how many international flights are arriving at the time. -Kineo
  10. I thought they have had to attest that they have gotten at least 1 dose to get their travel authorization...
  11. I am not sure they check what flight you come in on....
  12. The "travel authorization" that your beneficiaries got on their myUSCIS account is the magic document. That with their passports (and birth certificate for your GF's son to prove she is his mom) their are ready to travel. You being he bf is not relevant for this process. FWIW. Everyone I've seen post here traveling by land has had a hard time at the border and only received a 1 year parole. From what I understand the program was designed for beneficiaries arriving by air. -Kineo
  13. Not that I heard of. But you are required to retain the documentation (in case they require you to prove it at a later date). -Kineo
  14. I did not list any assets for either myself(sponsor) or any of my beneficiaries. Also listed no income or bank deposits for the beneficiaries. I listed/included my income/employment, tax transcript, bank letters showing balances and deposits and proof of citizenship. -Kineo
  15. I would file for mother. Then when filing for daughter enter the date you filed for the mother on. This timeline or even shorter has been experienced by many here on VJ. -Kineo
  16. My opinion, for what it is worth, is most I-134's I am aware of process in 0-3 days. With that in mind 2 weeks sounds like plenty of time to wait. -Kineo
  17. No response, that I've heard a lot! Most people believe that is a sign that there is something wrong or insufficient. From what I see here on VJ many people submit a new I-134 being sure that all information is complete and accurate and that all documentation is attached. And often breezes right through. -Kineo
  18. Good question! I'm not sure if I know of anyone getting a denial myself.
  19. They are probably eligible for Medicaid the Federal/State program. I think it is called Oregon Health Plan (OHP) in Oregon. -Kineo
  20. Fresh in from USCIS: Supporters of Uniting for Ukraine, This message explains how you can request an extension of a travel authorization that U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) issued to a beneficiary you agreed to support. Travel authorizations are valid for 90 days. However, if a beneficiary of Uniting for Ukraine cannot travel to the United States within the 90-day time frame for reasons beyond their control, supporters may submit a one-time request for a travel authorization extension on behalf of a beneficiary they agreed to support. If the extension is approved, the beneficiary will have an additional 90 days to arrange travel to the United States. To be eligible for an extension, you must submit an extension request no more than 30 days before the original approved travel authorization period expires and no more than 30 days after the original approved travel authorization period expires. Please note that only supporters who submitted a Form I-134 on behalf of a beneficiary of Uniting for Ukraine can request a travel authorization extension on behalf of the beneficiary. You must submit a separate extension request for each beneficiary. To submit your request: Step 1: Log in to your online account. Step 2: From the top of the webpage, select the My Account drop-down menu and select Inbox. Step 3: Click on the New Message button. Step 4: For the subject, select A case already filed online from the drop-down menu, and for your case receipt number, select your receipt number for Form I-134 (Declaration of Financial Support). Step 5: In the message field, state your continued interest in supporting your named beneficiary who has not yet traveled to the United States and that you are requesting an extension of the beneficiary’s travel authorization, then click Send. USCIS will review your request for travel authorization extension and submit it along with the beneficiary’s information to CBP to conduct additional vetting. If CBP approves your request, the beneficiary will receive an email notification when the extended travel authorization notice has been posted to their account. Please note that for privacy reasons, only the beneficiary will be able to view their extended travel authorization notice in their online account. The beneficiary should notify you when they receive their extended travel authorization notice. If the beneficiary's travel authorization expired more than 30 days before you requested the extension, or if the beneficiary cannot travel to the United States during the 90-day extension, you must submit a new Form I-134 on their behalf to obtain a new travel authorization. The Uniting for Ukraine process provides a pathway for Ukrainian citizens and their immediate family members who are outside the United States to come to the United States and stay temporarily in a two-year period of parole. Individuals participating in Uniting for Ukraine must have a supporter in the United States who agrees to provide them with financial support for the duration of their temporary stay in the United States. For more information about Uniting for Ukraine, visit uscis.gov/ukraine and dhs.gov/ukraine.
  21. Advanced Parole options for beneficiaries on U4U are very limited and vacation is definitely not on the list allowed. Sorry. The only process I believe is available is the re-apply under U4U. -Kineo
  22. Wrong email? That will do it. From what I understand you can. I would reference the the A-number assigned to the beneficiary in the first notice. -Kineo
  23. Probably not time to panic yet. But I would have check to make the email isn't in her spam or some other filtered folder. -Kineo
  24. When did she get approved? I've found that the email usually lags about a day behind the approval notice the sponsor gets.... -Kineo
  25. Oh, the Alien-number. That is a good question. I think yes, if they already have one assigned it should be used. I'm interest if others think different. -Kineo
