No. Any interim benefits, such as AP or an EAD, are automatically cancelled when the principal application - the I-485 - is denied. She cannot re-enter on AP, and she'll likely wind up back where she started if she attempts to do so.
You would need to file an I-130 and begin the spousal visa process; expect this to take around a year to complete.

UK_Fan reacted to Sandra G. in How can I marry a Syrian refugee?
First of all you will not be able to bring her here in less than one year if you get marriedy, second you will not be able to help her family getting married to her, just when she becomes American she can sponsor her family, we are talking here about 4/5 years later. Considering she gets GC in 2017, become a US Citizen In 2019/2020, then she can sponsor her family 2019/2020 and in 2020/2021 she will be able to bring her parents NOT HER SIBLINGS, her siblings have to wait years and years, then be realistic and do not give false hope to the girl, third do not get married to someone that you do not love, and I doubt someone develops feelings in 30/90 days,we had here hundreds of people that had a short courtship and I would say most of them are divorced already.
Arranged marriage I will not even post here what I think about it, since 60% of the 6.000 Vawa cases that I had approved were arranged marriage, men/women from Pakistan, India and Middle East. You can show compassion volunteering and not getting married.

    Hi,
It's great that you want to help with the Syrian refugee crisis. However, your plan has major flaws. Immigration is not a quick process. It takes years.
Marriage alone will not get her a US spousal visa. If it was, marriage to get a green card would be allowed. You will need to prove an on-going bona fide relationship in order to bring her here as your wife. You need to show a real relationship, and that it's not a marriage to get someone to the US.
You need to rethink your plan. The US Embassy's job is to detect marriages where there is no true genuine relationship and is primarily a scheme to get a foreign person a green card. That's their chief job. What you have described so far is a perfect example of a non-bona fide marriage to get a foreigner a green card.
    Best of luck

    We get it. You don't.
You made a mistake and as a result you deal with the consequences for not researching this.
Your attitude stinks toward the people trying to help you here.
Option 1= He misses his sister's wedding and comes sooner.
Option 2= You lose the money paid for the trip.
Option 3= start over with another petition.
EAD can take over 100 days, ours was 102, the 60-90 is an estimate.

No, that's the whole point of the AP document, it provides the ability to travel. Honestly, using being 21 and not having time. None of us have time, I was working 80-85 hours a week to help pay for this entire process plus life in general plus visits to Spain, but I did countless hours of research before dropping thousands to apply (and it took many many months before we actually applied due to the lack of time/wanting to feel completely prepared before we applied so as to not waste any money with mistakes!).

I do understand. The lawyer is going to tell you the same thing we are. You're probably going to lose the money on anything you can't reschedule, lose money asking a lawyer OR you'll lose money by leaving for Mexico without AP and end up having to start the whole petition/visa process all over again. Pick the lesser expense.
Making firm plans that cost money (like expensive weddings) when doing a US visa is always something this forum warns against.
If he can move sooner than October and you can marry ASAP, then you stand a chance of having the paperwork on time for the end of the year.

I settled in Orlando and like it just fine. It all depends on what neighborhood you live in. There are parts of the city that are really nice and there are poor run down areas as well. Traffic on i4 is not very nice though. Salaries in Florida are not high on average, but if you work in IT or some other high income profession it isn't that bad, especially considering you do not pay state income tax.

    Tough love post to follow.
A man just starting his life in a west African culture has the thoughts of his heirs and many children. This is nation where people have little chance to raise out of where they are if they aren't a part of the corruption that is found at every piece of the country. Young men spend their every cent trolling the internet of a way out on every dating site and social network you can think of. They will even have several phones to help them keep their marks straight. They find an easy mark in past their prime US women who are ignored on the home dating market by men in midlife crisis trying to live out their dreams with their daughter classmates on a Viagra fueled second childhood. I know of women that have been talked out of tens of thousands of dollars chasing they young love. These men are full of sweet words and could write several books on how to sweep a woman off their feet. Even if the chase for a visa is successful the long term chances of such a relationship lasting more than a few years is dismal. If you are into helping someone escape a terrible place and likely moving on in a few years then go for it. However you will need to spend at least 30 days in country for even odds at getting a visa and get a lot more involved in his family and culture.

I don't believe in welfare. I understand disability, but not welfare. If you have 2 legs and 2 feet and know how to use them, there is no reason why you should be on welfare. Working minimum wage job full time will pay just as much.

i know this is going to sound mean, but getting citizenship is not a matter of life and death and it's not mandatory like ROC. if you can't currently afford it, then just save up for a while.. it's not gonna go anywhere.
