The I suggest you move to a Muslim country where the people there will be more accepting of your beliefs. It's a big wide world out there and there's plenty of land to be had in a lot of Muslim countries. Kabul is selling prime real estate atm for dirt cheap. Check Travelocity for some decent deals on plane tickets from the US and/or Canada to Kabul.

Yes you have right to practice your religion and you have freedom of religion in western countries, but you do not have right to convert every non-muslim to muslim.
You do not have right to mooch the system everytime by saying your religion does not permit.... then pls dont apply for those job which you know well in advance your religion does not permit you.

Okay... why do you hate God and the "idea" of Jesus so much as to attack Him? For someone to go out of their way to find ways to insult and/or degrade another person shows they've been deeply hurt by that person and carries alot of resentment towards them. I do know it's the Word of God and it's true and perfect. Why never question the judicial system and their punishments for acts. The judgment is left to the judge and jury - people who are definitely fallible and make decisions based on emotions - why is it wrong for God, the creator of all flesh, to punish His creations the way He feels is necessary? I suggest you pull the I-130 and cancel it all. It's easy for him to back out of what he said now, tell you he didn't realise it would upset you blah blah blah then he moves here and you realise he lied just so you wouldn't pull the visa and you're now living in hell. I think he's testing you. Say no and he'll be sweet until he gets here then he'll tell you he TOLD you this is how it would be.. no no no. Do NOT go through with the visa. Far too many red flags.

Realizing you have spent time and money in this process up to date and with the miles there are right now between you - I would kindly suggest you send a email to the embassy with his name and the visa numbers you have for him and ask them to stop the process. Tell them what you have told us and tell them you are having second thoughts and then tell them you are going to withdraw your petition. (Someone I am sure can tell you how you go about formally withdrawling your petition on VJ)
Men like your fiance have a way of bouncing back - so do not worry about his feelings. Please do however think of your feelings - you NEED to be TRUE TO YOURSELF first. Do you want to live the rest of your life not being able to be yourself? Personally I was married to a man who was very controlling and believe me you can talk yourself into accepting a lot of stuff even though you know yourself it is not right. Later on all you do is feel very resentful and bitter towards them because you are not being yourself any longer. Please do not make a mistake that could cost you your very soul or life. Good intentions or not, you're already considering the worst case scenerio.. you need to have not only good intentions, but you also need to trust your wife.. And if you can't trust her, then you should continue your search whether it's someone at home or someone abroad..

Here's a compromise I could live with:
If the kids want legal status, LPR with a path to citizenship only, with the following conditions:

The parents must voluntarily depart the US prior to the child's USCIS application. Proof of the parent's departure must be included with the application. This proof would be documented departure by CBP at their point of exit. If the parents are ever caught in the US Illegally then the children's status would immediately be revoked. The parents receive a lifetime entry ban. The Application Fee should include a fine on top of all of the normal fees those of us working the system legally have to pay.
This would allow the innocent children at path to LPR/Citizenship but also punish the parents for their illegal activities.
If the parents really are concerned only for the betterment of their kids then this shouldn't be a problem.

I just saw 'This (illegal) American life' on Vanguard. For those who haven't see it this episode was dedicated to estimated 12 million illegal immigrants in the USA. Although entire episode was centered around illegal Mexican immigrants with heavy emphasis on California and Arizona.
I was very disappointed after watching this biased abomination of a show. They were portraying those illegal immigrants like saints, most notably students at UCLA who -God only knows how- pay their tuition. Those students were brought here when they were very little kids and speak and behave like regular American kids, but without any documents. They are expecting from the government to enact a law that will provide them with US citizenship, because it's 'not their fault' and US is 'only country they know'.
So what, I should cry know?
Especially after one illegal Mexican father of an illegal UCLA student claims that he crossed the border illegally because he was acting in his kids best interest.
I wanted to cry because of ineptitude of US border patrol agents to stop every single one of illegal immigrants and ship them back to wherever they came from(if possible, not on US expense).
Ha, nobody thinks about financial burden illegals are exerting on this country. Cost of educating all those millions in public schools, illegals giving birth in US hospitals and thus their kids effectively becoming Medicaid and a welfare burden. Not to mention myriads of criminals who enter without proper background check and what not.
I am all for legal immigration but helping illegals legalize themselves is opening a can of worms.
'Press one for spanish', I'd rather press one for a nation wide swoop to clear this country from illegals.
