1.) Your K-1 visa became null and void the moment you used it to enter the US. You could have applied for your SSN 10-14 days after you arrived, up until 2 weeks before your I-94 expires. If your I-94 is what is expiring on May 14th, then it is too late. You will have to wait until after you file for AOS and receive your EAD or green card first.
2.) Once your I-94 expires, you will be out of status. Once you file for AOS, your over stay will stop accumulating and you will be in an authorized period of stay. Once you are approved for your green card, the over stay won't matter any longer.
3.) There is no deadline to file for AOS, but you want to file for it as soon as you can since you won't be able to get your SSN, be able to work, or travel outside the US and be allowed re-entry.
No they cannot. There needs to be at least 2 weeks left before their I-94 expires. They will need to wait until they have their EAD or green card in order to get their SSN.

Yes, if you have your MNL # your fiancee can head over to BPI with her passport and pay the visa fee (keep the reciept it will be needed for sure), then wait a day to play it safe before going online to schedule her interview (they say 4 hours on the embassy website but rarely does it work). On the interview date she will have a time most likely 6:00 - 6:30 AM to be at the Manila USEM. She needs to have all her required documents in hand, appointment letter, and passport. Again refer to K1/K2 Interview Preparation Instructions as for what is needed. Make sure she has all papers organized. It makes for a easier processing at the embassy and shows seriousness. Buy a organizer with tabs. Label the tabs for each requirement.
Once at the embassy, she will fall in line. They will take her appointment letter, check passport and assign her a number. At the embassy they don't allow any electronic devices.
You are not allowed to enter the U.S. Embassy/Consulate while carrying any of the following items:
battery-operated or electronic devices such as mobile phones, digital diaries, digital watches, pagers, cameras, audio/video cassettes, compact discs, MP3s, floppy disks, laptops, or portable music players

Once inside, she will need to look on the board for her number to be called. She will go to the window and ask for her paperwork. Then she will be finger printed. They will tell her to wait again. That's it for the USEM interview. You can now breathe a little easier.

This seems to be a communication problem. It will be difficult to grasp a good idea of what happened at LAX because the S Korean fiancee basically doesn't understand English and the American fiance (OP) doesn't speak S Korean. Because of this its pretty impossible for the SK fiance to accuratley relate what occured between her & immigration to the OP and the OP to correctly tell us VJers the details. Just going to have to wait for paperwork.
What could have happened:
1)CBP asks what address will you be staying/spouse's address? Fiance answers wrong and later tells OP that CBP asked to describe his home.
2)S Korean fiance may have repeatedly refered to OP as husband.
3)Giving OP wedding band. Officers in their experience thinks its unusual for foreign unmarried female to have a wedding band and not be married (suspicion compounded by calling OP husband).
3)During the wedding band exchange, officers may have been confident in their decision to deny entry because the OP & fiance hardly if ever spoke & the little spoken chances are showed the strong language barrier between the USC & SK.

On the interview date she will have a time most likely 6:00 - 6:30 AM to be at the Manila USEM. She needs to have all her required documents in hand, appointment letter, and passport. Again refer to K1/K2 Interview Preparation Instructions as for what is needed. Make sure she has all papers organized. It makes for a easier processing at the embassy and shows seriousness. Buy a organizer with tabs. Label the tabs for each requirement.
Once at the embassy, she will fall in line. They will take her appointment letter, check passport and assign her a number. At the embassy they don't allow any electronic devices.
You are not allowed to enter the U.S. Embassy/Consulate while carrying any of the following items:
battery-operated or electronic devices such as mobile phones, digital diaries, digital watches, pagers, cameras, audio/video cassettes, compact discs, MP3s, floppy disks, laptops, or portable music players
large shoulder bags/purses - only bags that can be carried by hand will be permitted

If she needs her cell phone they will ask her to check it in at the security section. They will give her a card so she can retrieve at the end of interview.

Once inside, she will need to look on the board for her number to be called. She will go to the window and ask for her paperwork. Then she will be finger printed. They will tell her to wait again. Once her number flashes again, she will have her first interview with Filipino consulate. They will ask her a few questions and check and process her documents. (MAKE SURE SHE HAS ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS). If all is in order she answered all questions to satisfaction. She will then wait again for her number to flash again on the board. Then she will have her final interviewer US consulate. Consulate will process her paperwork and ask a few questions. If all is in order she will be told to wait again for her number to flash. Then she will go to the 2GO window where they will take her passport. They will give her a receipt (make sure to ask if they do not give one).
That's it for the USEM interview. You can now breathe a little easier.
Now if there is a problem. They will give a 221g form and state what the issue is. Now you will need to get them whatever they want in order to proceed. Now this is pull a long process when your in Admin Review. Look on VJ for Admin Review stories.

I believe it is possible. there will be another visa apllication fee. as has been pointed out, if the baby is born in the Philippines, you'll need to file for CRBA and get a passport for the baby.
What if the fiancé(e) must delay their arrival in the U.S.?
The K-1 visa is valid for a maximum of six months. If the visa bearer is unable to leave for the United States immediately and the visa expires, a new one may be issued upon written request to the Embassy and the payment of another application fee of US$240.

No.. You do not need to include parental consent in the I-129F Petition nor the Visa Application.

How long does it take the average person who has no knowledge of the petition process, to review instruction, gather documents, ask question and complete forms and mail in their petition?

The quoted 5 months is a goal -- not a promise or a guarantee. Realize there are IR1/CR1s that have waited 6-7 months just at the USCIS stage.
Don't wait around doing nothing, keep yourself busy and focused on other things. No need to get yourself worked up over the wait -- because you're still gonna have to, well, wait.
