can they extend another 6month fiance visa cause my fiance is preggy and think she

cant travel help anyone?

She can travel up to 8 months I believe. How many months pregnant is she. She already has the K1 VISA in Hand? If so, and she is under 8 months pregnat, then I would buy her ticket asap, get her here, marry her and put her on your medical insurance immediately. If the baby is born there ou have addition paperwork to file for birth abroad and to get a passport for the baby. It may be more of a hassle if you waitt. Search the forums and you will find what you have to do for the birth abroad.

I believe it is possible. there will be another visa apllication fee. as has been pointed out, if the baby is born in the Philippines, you'll need to file for CRBA and get a passport for the baby.

What if the fiancé(e) must delay their arrival in the U.S.?

The K-1 visa is valid for a maximum of six months. If the visa bearer is unable to leave for the United States immediately and the visa expires, a new one may be issued upon written request to the Embassy and the payment of another application fee of US$240.

Well if you want to hold off on the visa, don't appy yet, you can get up to 12 month extension from the embassy to complete the visa process. That and the up to 6 months once the visa is issues should more then handle your situation.

I am trying to understand. The doctor is saying her pregnancy is delicate or what. I know buntis is pregnant, not sure about maelan and the translator is delicate. If she is not having complications or high risk pregnancy, then I don't see why she can't travel if she is less than 8 month bunits when she travels. Just watch out that you are not getting scammed. I don't know your fiancee, but from past experience with some, not all Filipinas, scams are easily ran. Just look for warning signs. No offense intended, just want you to proect yourself.
