    ^^ This.
OP it is up to you to decide if you can live with a person that hides things and is not upfront with you.
You can give it another try when she comes back and tell her in no uncertain terms that this was the first and last time to be
disrespected like this and further more if she wants to send more money over than you are comfortable with then she has
to work for it with a job here and not in her country.
If it continues divorce and move on and let her deal with her immigration issues, it then would no longer concern you.
There is no need to inform USCIS with a marriage dispute. She has 'not really' abandoned you but informed you that she
loves you and will be back. There is no fraud, nothing to report. What she has done is disrespectful and plain stupid
    but it's not fraud.
Give her a certain time to be back and if she refuses then move on without her and and change the locks.

She left him. Left a note it seems explaining she was going home to work off money her parents borrowed.
This is not really considered marriage fraud but incompatibility of a couple to be honest. Her priority and it could be just her personally or it could be cultural but her priority is her parents not her husband. The OP has to decide if that is the kind of marriage he wants and deal with it accordingly. But there is nothing here in regards to fraud or USCIS really.
She has a GC and can come and go as she pleases.I dont know how you can report to the police your spouse went overseas to see her mom and didnt tell you and them caring. (?) If the OP wants to continue the marriage then ROC can be discussed but otherwise....

Is their primary residence in India? The purpose of the green card is to become a permanent resident in the US and it is expected that the green card holder spends the majority of their time in the US.

Both mother and child will probably be denied. the child when the DNA shows lack of relationship and the mother for being party to attempted fraud in presenting the child falsely. It will carry a lifetime ban as a material misrep. Is he Nigerian ? If not there is no in country adoption ( Nigerian laws prevent adoption by non Nigerians ) You would still trip up on the timing of the adoption ( after the filing ) if he is Nigerian. How did this idiot list the child on the K1 application ? Why do people in Nigeria think they an juju the eyes of immigration and do this kind of stuff ? His only hope of fixing this is getting a correction in before the interview but I think he has already cooked his goose on this petition. A withdrawal and either fixing the papers back to what they should be or a Nigerian adoption assuming he is Nigerian is in order

I am appalled when I see victims of domestic of violence telling their stories and people saying "go back to your Country", "fraud", "we know just one side of the story". I REALLY urge you to educate yourself about domestic violence and to develop empathy and compassion. Each 9 seconds one person is battered in this Country, in 2015 almost 4.000 people were murdered due domestic violence, and almost 3 million women/men sought care in hospital emergency rooms for violence-related injuries.
Nobody has to hear the other side of the story!. The victim is advised to call the police and to seek a safe place, nothing else! No victim is to blame for any occurrence of domestic abuse or violence, ever!

Are you for real? Here is a spouse who gave up her life to come to the US and sadly found herself married to a scumbag who abused her. Now you wanna punish her more by kicking her out of the country? That is classy...
Seriously, it is NOT A LOOPHOLE if they entered the marriage in good faith, that is exactly what the law is supposed to do, protect the immigrant! They are human beings, not cattle to be shipped around how the USC sees fit. If she wants to go home she can. If she wants to stay, she has a legal path of getting there - assuming she can get her hands on her papers.

hello all, I am praying for my husband to get his visa interview by november.I'm just trying to see if anybody have had the same experience as me when it comes to proof of communication with call logs.my problem is I use calling cards to call my husband. we speak everyday on phone. I use my tmobile cell with a calling card to call him but when I logged on to my T Mobile website to check my call logs, it only had the calling card number and not my husbands number. How do i prove to the CO that my husband is in fact the person that I called every day because there was no proof of that on the call log. Do you think its wise for me to just copy paste the call log and put it on Microsoft word and do some adjusting of the calls that I made, instead of the calling card number anf just replace it with my husbands number? Nigerian embassy experience insight I would really appreciate. Thanks

You can use the internet to research information regarding Colorado's real estate, population, jobs and demographics. Wikipedia gives all kinds of information on cities within Colorado and google maps will help with your research as well. Google is an amazing tool! Google earth even lets you see the state in 3D color!

I saw this once before with a friend of mine. If he wants to stay in the U. S. he should call the police, have them retrieve his identification, and make a report on the incident. He then has the firepower to remove the provisions on his green card status and adjust to a battered spouse (Yes, even mental abuse will count if proof is available for the situation.) Most of the time they can work with you, but you need to ask for help.

Boiler, IMMIGRANT on IMMIGRANT aggression is not necessary on this post. If you have nothing to say that can help the OP, maybe you shouldn't post anything.
Depends on what he wants to do. If he wants to stay, he has to file Removal of Conditions under a waiver.

My only issue with your 'moaning' relates to DACA. We shouldn't blame the mess on DACA applicants! The delay in processing applications has been long standing complain before the order by the present administration. Something has be done to fix the broken immigration system, but the present administration had to do it piecemeal because of the failure of the congress.
It is true that some of us here had to wait over a year or more to get our visas or processes completed, but we should also, as humans, have compassion for DACA applicants. The immigration system in the UK is also broken, lets not forget about that. Same thing in Canada where people wait years to get their application through.
So lets reflect and understand that this is a phase which shall truly pass.

I remember your case too, it's about the immature and neglected guy that was more concern about his family than into his marriage. Are you ready after he gets his citizenship and bring the WHOLE family to live with you? because it will happen my dear.
It does not exist the letter you are talking about it.If he wants to come to the US,he has two options.A student visa or a work visa. To obtain a student visa he should engage in academic studies in the United States, prove he can pay all educational, living and travel costs. .Please don't be naive to have him in your house when he is studying. Because he showed in the past the intent to immigrate to the US, his chance to obtain a non immigrant visa is not good.
To get a work visa he has to find a company willing to sponsor his H1B visa.A lawyer fee (H1B visa ) will cost around 6k to 10K. He must have a job offer before April 2015,and the Lawyer just can submit his H1B petition after April 01,2015. The fiscal year starts in October 2015, therefore he CANNOT start working BEFORE October 01,2015, considering he will be in the US then he has to keep his status until October 2015 .As you can see it's not easy either.
My dear you can't see your next if you are to busy looking at your ex.Good luck.

It's especially no fun if you're used to cooking for a lot of people. Growing up, we typically had no less than 6 people in the house to cook for. At least it makes for lots of leftovers though.

Haven't really talked to them recently, to be honest. i paid back MIL for the plane tickets she paid for for us to initially fly to the US last year so she'd stop holding that over our heads, but that was only a few hundred dollars. Not the 5 grand they wanted. Nah, we invested 75% of that money into a trust fund and plan to let it grow for many years. No fancy cell phones for MIL will be bought with that.

Man's work in my house. Vacuuming, taking the trash out, fixing things, doing the dishes, cleaning the bathroom, watering the plants, caring for the dogs, eating her food , massaging wife's sore feet, and here's the big one, making breakfast in bed for my wife on Saturday.
Oh and I pick up after myself. I hate clothes laying around, they belong in the laundry baskets, presorted so laundry is easier. Dishes and glasses used when its not meal time are to be returned to the kitchen and rinsed. Those are the rules I set for myself and expect others to follow, including my wife. She's never complained and was quite happy I was generally a clean house keeper when she arrived. But she takes house cleaning to a whole new level beyond what I do.

Husband is not a happy camper about changes to our health insurance. It's going up because the teachers insurance is being given a break so they don't want to raise their insurance. So ours will go up to pay for theirs, on top of it going up they raised our co pays for medications big time. Raise the monthly rate by another 100, and we have to start paying 1000$ deductible to see a doctor. Then they raised the co pay once you meet that 1k to see the darn doctors too. Bad enough the State has stopped giving them raises so our health insurance goes up and but pay hasn't budged in 5 yrs.
    Sure makes Canada more tempting
