OK, let me clarify - I have a hard time providing the proof the RFE request, but I am not taking additional steps to co-mingle finances - just trying to get the additional documents RFE requests from our 3 years married. On the contrary, I have already taken him off several things.
But I didn't keep statements over the three years and I have a hard time obtaining what they request, or even understanding what exactly they are looking for. They are looking for additional evidence of existing documents I sent in (like proof of payment of our insurance or AAA membership, not just the statement he was the beneficiary or was a member). They are looking for evidence for all three years, I primarily sent in evidence from our last year together (car insurance, utility bill, AAA membership, beneficiary info for heath and life insurance, one bank statement May)
There is no fraud because I notified USCIS of impending divorce. He has the right to adjust status without me, based on the length of the marriage. It was bonafide, even if he was a "bad husband" - that's why I'm getting out.
He remains my beneficiary on health insurance etc, until divorce is final. We live in PA where the separation period required is 2 years before you can proceed with uncontested divorce by yourself
I intent on divorcing, but he wants to remain married. I have told him that he actually needs the divorce decree in order to adjust by himself, hoping this would make him sign the divorce papers. He still won't, at this point. We are not staying married for green card purposes
Yes, I am playing "secretary" for him, but it is now an adjustment with divorce waiver.
And why can't I assist him? Just because we are divorcing doesn't mean that we have to be out of each other's life. Or prevent us from "shacking up" in the future.

And the justification of why she can't get help begins. There will always be another excuse until she is good ready on her own and seeks treatment. And I don't for one second believe her ex isn't 100% aware of her mental problems already.

Which why I mentioned confronting the owners of the salon with trafficking laws after this is complete. You want to insure there is no repeat of the shady business. And yes, he needs to have a serious heart to heart with his wife. To me it appears she was forced into this situation against her will. Partly by her parents, and partly by the salon owners. Its likely the parents got money in their pockets, and the salon owner got labor below market rates.

Vietnamese owned nail salons are a dime a dozen in my state. They've pretty much driven everyone else out of the market. And they are legit businesses, not the type you're referring to.

Under intestate laws (dying without a will), you are first in line to be the Administrator of your husband's estate. By signing the documents from your sister-in-law, you gave her your right to be the Administrator. This is why the ex-GF is angry; she wanted the power to be Administrator.
Let the greedy family members settle this between themselves. Block their phone numbers. Tell them you are not involved. Tell them to let the judge settle things between them.

Well she's not 40 yet, but she can see it from where she's at.
From reading an article on how the pregnancy tests work, it is impossible to get a color change unless there is HCG present. It will never be present unless an egg is fertilized. This doesn't mean the egg will continue to develop or be held, but it does mean step one worked. So either she's holding the fertilized egg and its developing, or she's not. By next weekend we should have a reliable result. We actually didn't expect the positive, because she did start her period, but it was like only a partial period, just spotting for a few days. Implantation? Everything is totally not normal for her, and she's usually very spot on cycle wise with a long heavy period. I do think the stress she went through totally threw her cycle off, but she has a hard time believing that as previous stress in her life has never thrown her cycle off. Only time will tell. We're slightly hopeful it will go hard positive by next weekend, but ready for it to be negative too. Her GP said she'd refer her if we have any trouble getting her pregnant at all. I think we'll give it a couple of months first before resorting to extra help.
Or it never happened. What never happened anyway?

You must have missed part of the RFE is also asking for the final divorce papers. She does seem to be confusing the issue though with some of her statements, but its already been applied for with the divorce check box made, or they would not be asking for the divorce decree in the RFE.
Quote OP "The RFE also requests the final divorce decree, response required by Aug 6."

If you notice, this is ROC based on a divorce waiver and they are asking for the finalized divorce papers. Although the divorce apparently has not been filed yet, as she was trying to file it with both as signers.

My interpretation of her statements were that he is still on it. Its not that uncommon to keep a spouse on your insurance until the divorce is final. Until a leal separation is in place or the divorce is complete, you can still be found liable for debts your spouse accumulates. Personally I don't understand why she's doing all this work for him either. Let him handle his own affairs if he wants to ROC. As the ROC has been filed with the divorce waiver, its foolish if him to want to drag the divorce out. The 10 year card will not be issued until the divorce is final now. Heck if they can patch things up, nothing is stopping them from getting married again, or even shacking up together.

I just ordered them. It will save me some money over the Walmart ones.
BTW I noticed the First Response pink test warns false positives are possible. The blue tests don't have the same warning. But with any of them, unless we can get consistent positives, we're not going to assume she's really pregnant, at this point its a might be and only God really knows. Which was the same attitude we took before the test.

Sorry for what you are going through. However, I agree with CaryH. You probably had a gut feeling about him but ignored it. We all do it.
You said you've moved on but your post sound like you are very bitter and angry, which is expected, but dont let that become your new image.
Don't allow this man to create a monster out of you. Bitterness and anger does you no good. It only gives you wrinkles and makes you look older.
Don't waste your energy on him. Sounding bitter only makes it appear that you would take him back if he came back.
And don't project that negativity onto your son. If he believes his dad is a superman, go along with it. He will grow and find out who his dad was. You two are his first role models, don't taint one side of the coin for him. Do what you have to legally do.
I wish you all the best.

You medical is good for one year, make sure to complete AOS within that year or you most likely will be asked to complete a new medical. My wife only had 3 vaccinations also, no issues.
All that is required according to the I-485 instructions is a COPY of you DS-3205 .. I also suggest you print out a copy of page 4 section 7c of the I-485 instructions, highlighting section 7c ... some adjudicators don't seem to have a clue how to process the K-1 and automatically look for an I-693 even though it isn't required, Others that have followed this suggestion have had no issues.
