Sorry if this has been discussed already, but I couldn t find it when I searched the forums.

I received my conditional greencard in June 2019 and it expires in June 2021 (as usual). I recently went to the DMV to get my driving license renewed and while there the lady told me that my greencard has automatically been extended to 2026 because of covid-19 so my new driving license wouldn t expire until 2025.

I haven t received a letter explaining any of this from USCIS, and haven t received a new greencard with the 2026 expiry date so I just wondered if anyone has heard the same thing?

Hi, I live in Northern Ireland so I got the visa from London but i will be flying out from Dublin as it is cheaper, easier and i will be going through preclearance there rather than in the U.S. Will this be okay if my visa was processed in the U.K. but will be flying from Ireland? Just a little worried if I m going through customs in a different country than where i got my visa, but I m sure this will be okay?

Is this the same for a British Citizen who lived in Canada for 3 years. Do i need to get ink fingerprints taken in the UK to be sent to a Canadian company to be digitised? I'm in the K1 visa process. My case has been sitting at NVC since April and the UK police stations are still closed for fingerprinting so checking I definitely need fingerprints

We submitted our I-130 application back at the start of June, but my wife (the sponsor) had to renew her US passport. Has anyone had to do this before after submission? And do you know how and who I can notify about the change?
