Does anyone have experience with expedite requests for K1 s? (Or any visa if there s no difference!) My fianc e and I are going to make a request on grounds of financial hardship for the petitioner.

Do we just send an email to the email address quoted on the NVC website, along with relevant supporting documentation as attachments, quoting our NVC case number?

The case is currently held up at NVC like all K1 s, and we are filing at the London embassy. I know that our chances of success are slim given what we have read, but any tips/pointers would be great, thanks.

We are withdrawing our K1 process and decided to apply for AOS directly.

Filling up the application we noticed that the I-485 requests to fill up the A-number. Could we use the A-Number given on the NO2 even after withdraw it? or better to leave it blank? as it might be different?

I will be having my brother sponsor my fiance in our k1 visa case. I am looking for something that will explain what that entails, what he is responsible for, and what would happen if something financial came up for my fiance. Does anybody know of a site or article that explains this clearly. I have the i-134 form and instructions, as well as the i-864. But just looking for something a little more in detail.
