I need to travel to the UK very soon for my step mothers funeral on October 14th. I am just wondering if anyone can tell me their experiences traveling to the UK & also back from the UK to the US.

Hi,

I am the beneficiary from England, my fianc lives in LA and he wants to move home soon to further in LA. We have the i-129f packet ready to send but we don t want to delay the process if my fianc decides to move. So do you recommend we don t send the packet yet, he moves first, then puts his new address on the I-129f and then send? Or should he wait until he receives the NOA to move then he can change the address? Or does it not matter when he moves? (Where he lives now if needed could also still be the mailing address as it s his friends house) We just want the process to be as quick as possible. Also how long does it take to receive the NOA right now - is there delays due to corona?

I am currently preparing my packet for removal of conditions to mail next week and thought I would take this opportunity to start our forum topic.

Also: the current i-751 form has an expiry date of December 2019 on it. Whilst this is the correct form to use at the time of this post - it COULD change before you submit your packet so ALWAYS check the USCIS site before mailing your packet to make sure you are sending the correct form.

and.. is that estimate date just for the i130 petition approval? or the whole process?
