US Immigration from United Kingdom

Hi all,

My fianc and I are hoping that we receive out NOA2 shortly, however in reviewing the paperwork he has come across an error on the I-129F form he submitted last September. Basically he recorded in the additional information section information about who his ex wife is and when the divorce was made final- however he recorded it using the page number, section number and question number for myself (beneficiary) instead of the petitioners page number, q number and section number. In addition to this he didn't record the name and date of divorce decree for his first wife. He did however send a cover letter outlining that he was including two divorce decrees which outlines when he was divorced.

So now i am wondering if we should contact the USCIS to advise them of the error on the form or just wait for a possible RFE.

I hope ive explained this clear enough. Any advice would be great.

Hi everyone, is the I-134 requirements still 100% or has it gone up to 125%? I know I-864 is 125%. My income was a little lower last year, it's back up this year with all the overtime I work, but I don't have a way to prove it besides paystubs..my employer only verifies employment through fax and my salary goes into a prepaid account. I was slightly under the 125% last year (Covid related) If I add my entire household income (my mom lives with me) then we are fine, but I can't add her income to the I-134, I can only add it to the I-864...just trying to get some clarification, thank you.

Hi, my first EAD (based on pending I-485) expires in June of this year.

I applied to renew my EAD and received my second EAD card today. However, my new card is valid from today, not the date my first card expires (June of this year). Is this correct? I m sure I read somewhere that the new EAD would be valid from when my current one expires. This essentially means my new EAD is only valid for 10 months....

Hi All,

I submitted my application for my EAD, travel rights and AOS in the end of July 2020. Not heard anything back yet from the USCIS, my application was submitted and is being processed at the National Benefits Centre. I was just wondering if anyone else is in my situation at the moment, or have any information that you have received elsewhere that could be beneficial for me to know! Hoping this comes round soon because 9 months on a single salary isn't fun! I submitted my EAD application via a K1 visa if that makes any difference!

Due to a terminal illness for my mother, we got my parents expedited this week to the US Embassy in London from NVC (second expedite request).

Their interview is April 28th, medical April 29th.

My question is one I'm having a hard time figuring out ... the 14 day regional travel ban. Assuming they are approved and sent passports back in mid-May after their interview, will they be able to travel? It seems unsure to me whether they are considered visa holders before they are admitted the first time by CBP? Can anyone advise their experiences or how we can answer this? They plan on asking at the embassy but we aren't sure whether they will be forthcoming with an answer or not
