I petitioned for both of my parents separately for LPR status as the parents to US citizens. They got an expedited interview and interviewed Wed 28th April. On arrival at the embassy to check in for my mum's 0930 appointment they combined them into one appointment and they interviewed together. The AIS Visa site still has my dad showing as not actually having interviewed but it now shows as a step to add applicants. Anyone have experience with this? Do we need to do anything? The embassy didn't direct them to do anything and the CEAC tracker side updated my mum's on 05/05/2021 and then both of them yesterday (6th May). They got 221 G'd because the consulate requested fresh originals of the birth certificates & having been expedited they couldn't get a medical until the day after their interview (29th). We know DX delivered fresh birth certificates on 05/05/2021 and the medical clinic told us today that they had received clean medical results back on 05/05/2021 and uploaded it to the embassy. Any thoughts on timeline and if we need to do anything on the AIS site?

So as it seems like the US is about to be placed on the amber list in the UK travel review, my understanding is that my fianc (the USC) is able to travel to visit me in the UK provided we follow the testing rules before the flight and comply with the 10 day quarantine (and subsequent tests/test to release after 5 days)? It all seems quite vague but she doesn't require a strong reason for travelling here such as for work beyond that if she's complied with the rules, right? Everything on the gov.uk site seems to suggest we're fine, anyone have any experience with this?

Hello guys, My wife's CR1 visa has been issued. We're yet to find an available CRBA appointment in London, since they are not doing them at the moment. I qualify to pass citizenship, have all documents and everything filled out, ready to go. What are the options available here? Can my son travel on ESTA? As soon as I find an appointment, my wife and I can fly to London that week and get his CRBA taken care of. He currently has a UK passport and an active ESTA.

Is it true that K1 visas are not being processed in Texas (even tho that's where they are being sent), but California? Does it mean it will be transferred at some point? Looking at the processing times Texas does not show any 129F, and California is between 5.5-7.5 months. Our receipt shows WAC which means it will be processed in Cali, but case has been in Texas since we submitted it 2 months ago. Thanks,
