US Immigration from Ukraine

Hi guys! Anyone can help. My husband sponsors me and my daughter on K1, K2 visas.We have a uniform W-2 and 1099 for 2021 and his income allows us to sponsor, but we do not have Federal Income Tax Return for 2021he works for the employer, is it possible to submit only these forms without Federal Income Tax Return for 2021. Hello all. Forgive me if this question has been asked before. I ve adopted my stepson after he and my wife entered USA last year. He s 5 years old and understand he becomes a US citizen once the adoption was final. I ve applied for his US passport and submitted the required documents. Today I received a letter from the New Orleans passport office asking to send:

original adoption documents (sent with passport app)

original marriage certificate between I and his mother (sent with passport app)

send his green card or I-55 stamp (sent a certified copy as per calling and confirming it was ok)

and they requested documents showing he s been in my care or custody for the last two years. That I ve not sent

how to send any documents pertaining to being in my care due to the fact we lived in Ukraine for the last 4 years since being married. Ukraine doesn t have such documents, and due to the fact I m not required to file taxes, plus they not having SSN card until coming into USA last year, what can I show? I do have his insurance card stating he s had insurance for the last four year, however it shows his previous last name. I ve requested new insurance cards with his new last name, but my insurance (ChampVA) is 7 months backlogged in processing new information. Any advice is much appreciated.

I filed N-400 on May 23, then checked processing times in San Francisco and rested assured that I had at least a year to wait. On August 19th, I suddenly got an urge to check my status. I opened it and saw that yesterday (August 18th) my case status changed to Interview scheduled . Now I am freaking out! The point is that on August 27th I am moving out of California, and for 2-3 weeks I will be travelling across the country, then I will be living in my camper which means I will not have an address for several months. I am waiting for the paper NOA but if I don t get it by EOD August 26th, I ll have to redirect my mail to a friend.

My first question: how long does it take USCIS to send the NOA after the case status changed? In the notification they say: we will mail you the NOA but I don t know if they have already done it or not.

Second question: will it cause significant delays and troubles if I move my interview date to another day and change the state? I have a feeling that it is better to fly to San Francisco from the East Coast and NOT try to reschedule the interview. Not sure what to do

My wife applied for her US passport and passport card with expedited service on July 26th. She received both her US passport and passport card, no problem. First was the passport through Fedex and later regular mail for passport card, just few days ago (3 maybe). At what point do we have to consider the certificate of Naturalization to be lost? It's been almost 4 weeks now. Any current passport filers did not get their certificate back still?
