US Immigration from Sweden

I am a January 2022 filer and as I am approaching the one year mark I would like to start getting my ducks in a row for when we receive NOA2.

My biggest question is surrounding the new I-134 form, Declaration of Financial Support. I have tried to watch Youtube videos but it seems like even the creator of the videos are making mistakes and being pointed out my commenters.

Do anyone know a comprehensive site/forum or another Youtube that clearly lays out the document and will take you step by step with examples?

My fianc has depression and anxiety and is afraid we will get denied on the k1 visa, how do we avoid this? What kind of doctor does she need to go to for a letter stating she is ok? What exactly does the letter need to state?

My name is Mar, I have a PhD in Computer Science and currently doing an MBA Exchange Semester at Cornell University (F1 visa for a semester, not OTP eligible).

I recently got an offer to join a consultancy firm (Mckinsey) as a Manager in New York with a starting date of February 2023. I have already worked in the consultancy profession for 8+yrs in Sweden before taking a study leave to come and study here. I am wondering what type of visa would be applicable in my situation, and is it realistic for me to start in February 2023?

1. If it is H1B, I read that the raffle is in March and starting date is in October every year. Would this mean that I have to wait unknowingly if I get selected in the raffle, and if I could even possibly start in October?

2. Are there any other visa that could be applicable to foreign nationals with a job and visa sponsorship offer from a US company?

I am waiting for the company to connect me with their immigration officer but I am worried as I am going back to my home country (Sweden) soon since my exchange semester is finishing. Thanks a lot for any insights. I really do appreciate it a lot!

My husband will be moving to the US on a Ir1 visa and there s a possibility for him to transfer positions in his company (Sweden to NC). Is there any formula on how we could calculate his new salary or what he should ask for? Someone told me to times by 2.5? Does that sound right? He s an engineer so he should have a pretty big pay bump hopefully
