I received notification on the USCIS website that a request for additional evidence has been sent to me. What is the additional evidence they are looking for? Thanks

I'm wondering if the AOS process for CR1 visa holders is the same process that K1 visa holders are subjected to. CR1 holders only need to be married for 2 years to avoid AOS completely, whereas K1 visa holders can't even apply for AOS for 3 years. Doesn't seem fair. My wife and I have been married & living together every day for almost 5 years and we're still getting pummeled by USCIS.

Long story short; my fianc had her interview earlier this month (Dec 3) and the officer said she passed the interview, but she would still need to submit one of the missing forms*. My fianc got the new form and went back to the OFC (same-day) to submit it. They sent us an email at the same time to say it would delivered to the embassy within 1 business day (Dec 4).

On USVisaScheduling website, it says 'Delivered to Post' for Passport Status and on the CEAC website it says 'REFUSED', which was last updated on Dec 10. I am freaking out because I know usually refusals mean either you start over or you get an attorney, but it also mentions that during administrative processing it will say 'REFUSED'.

*The missing form was a National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Clearance. We originally brought the police clearance (white form), but they requested it be the blue form. Additionally, there is nothing on the clearance, so that shouldn't be a reason for a refusal.

The customer service responded this "Please be informed that for you to correct your visa category on the online profile, you need to select "close and start" option on your dashboard for you to redo the process, but please take note that starting new application will close the opened one and your scheduled appointment will be cancelled. "

Where can i find that on my dashboard. Anybody can help me with that? Im desperate . Thank you!

My son received his expedited approved to post notification, but no interview letter. This was from November 1. I was told I needed to schedule an interveiw, but I don't how to do this. Can someone please direct me to a website? Thank you!
