So after completing my credit card information online, the page was loading so slow and an error message said something like the page is unavailable. I tried one more time but it gave me the same error message. I logged out of my computer and logged in using my phone, tried paying again and still showed me the same error message. I got nervous and checked my credit card balance online, thinking that I might be charged 3 times even if the payment didnt go through. Its Sunday today when I attempted to make payments, so Im thinking thats why the page is down. Anybody experienced this?

Hi everyone! I m on a K-1 visa applying for a green card, and I rescheduled my USCIS biometrics appointment on a Friday. I picked a new date for Monday, but the notice said the updated PDF appointment form would be sent in 1-2 business days. I noticed that the PDF with the new appointment date is available in the Upcoming Requests tab, so I downloaded and printed it, but it hasn t appeared in the Documents tab yet in my USCIS account. Is it okay to go to the appointment on Monday with the PDF I printed from Upcoming Requests, or do I need to wait for it to show up in the Documents tab? FYI. The pdf I found is exactly the same appointment notice with the QR code too just with the new date scheduled. Has anyone else had this experience and was able to attend the appointment successfully? Thanks in advance!

i'm appling for my wife children to come to the US. they are currently in the PH. We did the I-130 and got approved for both. one case was already sent to NVC and I have the case and invoice number. the other case approved yesterday so hopefully i'll get a case number next week. I asking if I wait until both are at the NVC and then pay the fees and paperwork at the same time or just start doing the one I have now and wait for the other and start that one? Also how long is the general waiti time for the interview? I want to have both on the same day instead of them being far apart because we are flying over for the interviews and we have one month to go to both interviews and hopefully get the visas and come back here. How long is the wait from documents complete to the interview time in the PH. I know 5 years ago when my wife came here it was 2 weeks from documents complete to the interview. and after the interview she had her visa in 2-3 weeks. but we are trying to go over there in march or april hopefully. Is there a way I can contact them and ask if they can do both intervews at the same time?

I haven't posted here in a long time. My wife immigrated to Tennessee in 2009 to join me. She was a teacher, and then Principal in the Philippines. Here in the USA she reinvented herself. She is a Captain (soon to be Major) in the U.S. Air Force Nurse Corps. We were stationed in Germany for 4 years, and now have been in Alaska at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson for over a year now. Currently, even while on active duty, she is working on her PhD in Healthcare Administration. We share a 14 year old son who plans on going to the U.S. Air Force Academy when he graduates high school (a gpa of 4.0, straight A+ student!) Just posting this to show how this journey really can work out great! God bless you all in the journey!

My fianc e and I are planning to be married hopefully by the end of next year. She hails from a province in the Philippines but is currently working under contract in Hong Kong as an OFW. She has been married in the Philippines and thus needs a divorce. We are going through a consulting agency so I anticipate it would go by rather fast. If anyone has a good idea on a time frame - please comment on this and let me know what kind of time I am looking at. Regardless - I am posting for the reason that her contract ends in July and she does not want to renew it. I had seen in another discussion that she had a choice of processing her part of the K1 visa either in Hong Kong or back in the Philippines where she comes from. Is this still true and what would needed to be done should she move back to her home in the Philippines to finish with her part of the K1 Thanks for the replies in advance
