Finally after almost 5 years plus the death of my beloved son, my daughter in law Ruby and 4 of my grandkids have their passports with visas in hand. Can someone advise which CFO class each one of them needs, please? Widow, Ruby, 22 year old son, 19 years old daughter, 17 years old son, and 13 years old son? Then I can book flights.

We filed my wife's N400 back in May. We moved in September and forgot to update her address with USCIS. Now she has an interview November 13th. We went online and changed her address through the form USCIS provides as soon as we realized this. I was concerned this might affect her naturalization. Now I am reading not updating your address within 10 days of moving could be grounds for deportation. How worried should we be about this and what should we do. Should we hire an attorney?

Assuming my wife passes her interview, she then has the Oath, and needs a passport. And then I also don't know if the SSA needs to be notified or does USCIS do that? I assume she gets some certificate of naturalization to send in for the passport? Do we get that right after the oath? I know that sometimes oaths are done right away and some are scheduled. What is the typical wait for that?

We used a lawyer for the original 130/485 package w/ form g-28 but we are not using them for ROC. Do we need notify USCIS in any way that they are no longer representing us? The directions on G28 say "USCIS, CBP, and ICE will recognize Form G-28 until the conclusion of the matter for which it is entered, unless otherwise notified." and "The original attorney or accredited representative of record will remain the attorney or accredited representative of record in this situation" I'm not sure if 751 is technically it's own "matter/situation" or considered part of the same "matter/situation" . If we do need to remove them, we just send USCIS a letter stating so, correct? And should that be sent to the lockbox or to our local field office (who wouldn't have our case yet)? Should the letter be included w/ the 751 package?
