US Immigration from Philippines

And a few of the commenters are implying that the CFO in Cebu tends to be more lax than in Manila. My wife just had her CFO interview in manila and it didn't go well they are asking her for:

1. Report on Marriage (I don't have this yet so during our interview we showed them her CENOMAR and also I have a 13a philippine marriage visa with an acr i card that's been approved that was shown and a document from the philippine BI showing we are legally married)

2. A Police record in my country

3. My Work ID?!?!?!?

But yeah I'm wondering, is it still true that the Cebu office is more lenient? Would it be worth it to make a trip to Cebu instead of me travelling all the way back to the US to get my work id?

My wife will be in Manila, Philippines for her IR-1 interview starting Jan 29 and I'm wondering if I can just mail her my documents while she is there in Manila? She will be in an airbnb, but is it possible to have the docs picked up at an official location of sorts? Thank you!

I got married in the Philippines about 11 years ago, brought my wife to Hawaii and We got divorced 2 years ago (2022) because she cheated on me. I am now talking to another girl from the Philippines and planning to see her this April 2024. If all goes well, how do I go about doing a 'Fianc Visa'? Do I need an 'Annulment' from the Philippines for my Ex-wife?

Also If anyone knows the answer to this question:

My ex and I have two boys together ages 4 & 10, I have full custody of them (physical and legal) and I am planning to bring my boys with me to the Philippines. My question is Do I need to have my Ex-wife make a consent letter to have the boys travel with me?

I'm thinking I don't need a consent letter from her because I have full custody but I want other peoples opinions if any of you had experienced it. I will bring my 'divorce decree' showing I have full custody just in case the airport ask for it.

Thanks always for any advice. Recently my wife and I scheduled her interview for Feb 12. She has her biometrics on Jan 30th and I'm wondering if I send her docs before she leaves for Manila on Jan 29 they will be 2 weeks old such as employer letters, paystubs, etc. Would this be a problem at the interview?
