Has anyone been to Detroit for their biometrics? Is there a parking outside the building? Since I can't bring my phone with me inside, there's no way for me to contact my husband when I'm done with it. Can he just join me inside the building?

hi im prepping docs for my cfo counseling next week. just dont know what Proof of Residency/Alien Registration Card is. is this his proof of residency in the philippines? petitioner is a filipino who got naturalized 9yrs ago.

Hi. I arrived here in the US 3 months ago via CR1 visa and I m still using my maiden name as of now. I recently secured an appointment to renew/update my passport next year. My question is, am I not gonna have a problem once I filled for ROC?

I got a text and email today that they scheduled my interview already. I am now listing down evidences I need to bring in. My question is, me and my husband live with his parents at the moment. We don t have any rent/lease agreement. We do pay them rent every month. How do we prove that we live in the same house? I read about making a rent agreement/affidavit but the concern is, will his parents have to put money from rent as an added income when filing their taxes? Sorry, I just don t have any idea, but that could be a concern, having an issue with IRS. Thanks!
