Hello all - My wife will be arriving the US on a CR-1 visa in a few weeks. I have moved recently so the address she has on file with the embassy in Manila is no longer current. Does anyone know how I can change the address to ensure her Green Card gets delivered. I tried online on the USCIS website but it seems you can only change it there prior to visa issuance. Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

Hi I became an LPR on October 2015. I did not work until February 2016. I filed income taxes for 2016, 2017, and 2018 as I was employed. Beginning September 2018 - present, I am a full time graduate student. I filed my N-400 application in July 2020 and answered "NO" to the question asking if I have never not filed taxes since becoming an LPR. I've been reading forums and it seems like I should have probably answered "YES" and stated my reasons for non-filing. Since I already submitted the form, what should I do? Will this be a problem? Thanks in advance for your responses!

A lot people received an RFE for the I-944 and have sent it back in. Visa Journey does not have a field on the timeline to report when the RFE was sent in. As a result, I am getting wild estimates. Last week it said it would be approved in April. Now it is saying December 2021. Please add this field so we can get more accurate estimates. Many thanks!

Long time lurker here, please excuse my timeline for being blank. I had a question in regards to registering for a delivery address for an expedited interview that my wife has on 13 January 2021. This is for an CR-1 visa. The email that we received has the set interview date and time along with instructions to go to the ustraveldocs website to register the delivery method for the visa. When we go to the website and go through the online steps and filling in the required information to include the delivery method the last step is to pick an appointment date and time which of course says no appointment available and also the fact that we received the date and time directly from the embassy. How can we confirm the delivery method if the process does not complete on the website? They should be more clear cut on their instructions especially as seeing that this is an expedited interview. Any thoughts or insights would be appreciated. I will attempt to call their help center and email them soon.
