What are documents you sent when you applied for changing condional to permanent resident? Is it nescessary to send pictures? Did you block out the account numbers of your bank account?

Hi, I just have a question about the tax transcript that we will be submitting for my ROC, we are planning to submit my husband s 2019 tax transcript(married filing separately) plus a letter stating that the amended 2019 tax return is still in process (we amended it to married filing jointly). *note - 2019 tax return is the only available tax transcript that my husband has. Should we also submit copy of the 1040-X (amendment form for the tax) to show that it is being amended? OR should we just submit the tax transcript as is without stating that it is in the process of amendment?

(IRS is just backed up that it is taking so long for them to amend taxes.)

*I will be submitting the packet as soon as 1st week of feb and I don t think the newly amended tax will be available this soon.

My case has been at NVC since August 3 and documents accepted since September 1. Have not gotten a notice for interview yet. NVC website shows they are working on cases submitted in late October. How can I find out the status of my particular case??

Hi all! We have been approved for an expedite and CEAC now says "ready." Do I need to wait for USEM to send me something or should I go ahead and schedule our appointment? TIA!
