Hi. We ve just been approved of our K1 visa and I m trying to be one step ahead for AOS. Once we have my SSN and our marriage cert, how long does it take before I can be added to USC s health insurance? can we get updated 1095c right away? what other proof can i immediately have for i944 purposes (instructions state 1095c, but are there others)? He s in the navy but currently his extended deployment and impending transfers in Feb are making our schedule extra unpredictable and tighter (which I have long accepted and understand).

I am looking for some information on what lawsuits have been filed and if there are any that would benefit my fianc e and her two kids. I have read and been provided with conflicting information. Someone said that the Philippines is not part of any current lawsuit. A December 2019 filer for a Filipina beneficiary said he was part of a lawsuit and they were just approved.

I have been trying to find a step-by-step process regarding this but I have not had any luck and I'm reaching out to Visa Journey for assistance. Help please 1. I am currently an LPR and already finished the ROC process. I am thinking of waiting for my N-400 window and process that first before the I-130 for my minor children. Your thoughts? My window opens April 2022. 2. I have no idea how to start the I-130 for my twins back home. 3. If approved already here in the US, what do they have to do back home? I am planning of scheduling everything here and doing the legwork for them. My mom is not computer savvy and would just like to have the interview dates scheduled and they can just travel to Manila on those dates. 4. What is the timeline that I'm looking at for this whole process? Any help would be appreciated!

Hi, we will be filing my ROC jointly and my husband (US citizen) is in active duty military. My question is, aside from the latest LES and SGLI, what other evidences we can submit? (pertaining to being in the military) We have other evidences such as tax return, bank statements, lease agreement, POA and car insurance to name some. And also, from what I have read, we should indicate Active Military on the top right corner of the I-751 form? Any advice you can give for those who have submitted their packets already. Thank you very much.

Good morning! My wife just got a notification that her interview will be scheduled. We are wondering if anyone could share the possible questions that they might ask us during the interview. Thank you in advance
