US Immigration from Philippines

Greetings!

We have an interview in March for my wife's GC. It says on our NOA what to bring to the interview. We would like some clarification in regards to 1-864, Affidavit of Support that if we have already submitted these documents we do not need to bring them to the interview . Should we still bring that with us or leave enough alone?

Received 221g at interview asking for new NBI with husband last name.

Even Though have never changed name, &/or used husbands last name on any legal documents.

Marriage certificate (married in USA)

Shows maiden name.

All our paperwork apply for visa shows maiden name.

When go to try to get new NBI with husbands name. They ask for id with that name.... in which dont have because never changed it.

Has anyone else seen this or heard of it?

If so...is there a solution?

And who might we contact to resolve this?

Pls help the only thing i need in order for my mom to get her interview is to e sign and submit the ds260. But for some reason when they were asking for herpassport number it keep showing the red mark/ flag on passport area. Dont know what to do. Pls help

I'd like to ask in this forum what insurance plans can you suggest for new immigrants migrating to the US. I believe one has to have this before the interview at the Embassy and leaving for the US especially during this time of the pandemic.
