US Immigration from Philippines

I envy y'all.

Before I left the Philippines in July 2019, I promised my family that I would be home every year.

We planned a trip in May 2020 but it did not happen because of the lockdown.

Father died in June 2020, a very close uncle died in October 2020--still can't go home.

My husband says that I can go home and stay for 3 months but I just can't be away from him that long.

In addition, I don't feel safe traveling yet.

And if we ever do travel together, we can only do it for a week because of work-- I would definitely do this option but then, we still don't feel safe traveling yet.

My husband s NBI clearance expires this May 2021 and also the Advisory on Marriage from PSA. We are still waiting for an appointment for an interview. When I checked the requirements for interview, it was stated there that it is recommended to request NBI clearance and PSA documents to be sent directly to the embassy. Should I order it now even if our case is still at NVC? Anyone here who tried sending it directly to the embassy? Thanks in advance!

I have been issued a 9a visa with a 3 month validity period, single entry.

The 9a visa has a maximum authorized stay of 59 days.

Let's say my visa's validity period is 3/1 to 5/31, and I enter the Philippines on 5/1, does this mean I can stay until 6/29 (5/1 + 59 days)? Or is my maximum stay capped to the end of the validity period (5/31)?

Hello! ROC related inquiry. Is it ok if I didn't enter my Alien registration # in the form? We already submitted my papers and just realized I didn't have my alien registration # there. Anyone with the same experience? Did USCIS still accept it? Thanks.

Also, I didn't include a cover letter.

I'm really pissed off. These people coming across unchecked and I'm stressing every day about when my Fiancee can get an interview. We were scheduled last March and got cancelled.
