Hi Everyone, We just got married! We are now filling out the i-130 for AOS and had a quick question on the USCIS office (Question #61). #61 - The beneficiary is in the U.S. and will apply for AOS to that of a lawful PR at the USCIS Office in: a. City or Town b. State We live in Maryland next to the border of Virginia and DC (DMV area). It would be more convenient to appear for an interview in the Fairfax, VA office (22 mins away) compared to Baltimore, MD office (1 hour away). Can I enter Fairfax, VA as our USCIS office or do we need to put Baltimore?

Hi all, Has anybody been able to get NBI clearance recently without an appointment? Or with an appointment but booked for a future date? It's my first time applying since NBI switched to the online system. I'm going to book an appointment but the earliest available slots are already in June I checked all the NBI centers within 2 hours driving distance from my house. I was hoping we'd be able to submit all the NVC-required documents by end of April, but it looks like the NBI clearance will set us back by a lot if I can only get it on my appointment date. If walk-ins are strictly not allowed, I may try just tagging the NBI clearance as not yet available, with a note to NVC that I will bring it to the interview.

| How to Process an Address Change |

Here's the scenario: Address 1 is my sister's house that I used as the "Mailing Address" on Form I-751 ROC. Address 2 is me and my husbands (old) "Physical Address" that we put on Form I-751 ROC. Reason why I used Address 1 as the mailing address was because we were really close to moving out that we didn't have an exact (new) Physical Address to provide. Anyway, my new address will now be both our "Mailing Address and Physical Address". When submitting an Address Change to USCIS, which one should we change it from, would the Mailing address be considered the old address or the Physical address that was used on the I-751? I want to make sure we receive any form of letters, receipts, notices to my new address. I just don't know which address should we consider as "old address". Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello, I would like to ask if we can file a petition for father even though he s in process of annulment? And if he has complicated issue with multiple marriages, would that matter to my petition to him? Thank you.
