US Immigration from Philippines

I have a question regarding the surname of my fiance. On my USCIS petition, I put her mothers surname and fathers surname (Ortiz Hernandez). However the K1-FTP does not list her mother's name anywhere.

We filled out the DS-160 and used her mother's name and her passport has her mother's name. We started the visa application and used her mother's name as well.

1) Is this something I should be concerned about? I know dual last names are common in the Philippines.

2) Is the visa appointment letter required to perform the medical exam at St Lukes?

Hi and apologizes for starting another topic so soon after the one I just posted, I just felt this would be much easier to separate the two.

So, I'm a disabled veteran receiving compensation and SSDI. I haven't been required to file a tax returns since about 2009, since according to the IRS I make no income.

Going through the information about the I-864, I am definitely 125% above the Federal poverty line, even with two beneficiarys.

Will not having tax returns hurt us? I also read there are certain tax codes/rules I can attach to this, which shows I am essentially excempt from filing taxes, which for all intents and purposes I make $0 income.

I do have investments, which i haven't touched in years from family who passed away and i got into Bitcoin early, but I don't touch any of it. It was always a "set and forget" till retirement, which unfortunately came at a young age during the wars.

Anyway, if anyone could possibly maybe ease my anxiety on this, I would appreciate it.

Good morning/evening, I'm seeking on advice on how to reach our goal and thank you again to everyone who answered my other concerns.

Alright, so here it is in a nutshell. I would like to take my wife and son to the US in 2028, after our son has graduated high-school. From my understanding, you can delay the NVC stage up to one year and then delay the interview up one up one year, which if we apply next month would possibly put us somewhere around January/February 2028.

Now, I know nothing is guaranteed in this life, but we have solid evidence for every step of the way.

What would be best way to go forward here? Also, I read their entry visas are only good for six months? If that is the case and we can hit January/February 2028, that would absolutely be a good spot to be in.

Title says it all. Doing last minute document check and realized I don't have CERTIFIED copies! Does anyone know a quick fix for this? Will my approval be denied without certified copies? I have the printed versions but not the version mailed from the IRS. Any help would be appreciated!

Anyone else experiencing slow visa processing after embassy interview?

K1 visa interview on January 28th. Ceac has application received with a last update of January 29th.
