What papers does my fiance need for the first step of the k1?

Hello, I am trying to renew my Philippine passport but need a new ROM copy from PSA (https://www.psaserbilis.com.ph/) - as I got my ROM in 2017 so it's no longer valid. PSA website seems to only have birth certificate, marriage certificate, CENOMAR or death certificate as options. How do I request for ROM?

I just got my I-693 deficiency notice in the mail, and I'm wondering if anyone on this site has experiences with the Memphis civil surgeons listed on this page: https://my.uscis.gov/findadoctor

A quick VJ search brings up civil surgeon reviews for other cities, but not for Memphis.

I also understand that I have plenty of time to schedule the medical. Just want to be prepared.

Anyone on VJ who used a Memphis civil surgeon?

We're seeking to travel to the Philippines (Manila/Cavite). I'm an American and my wife is on CR1 (waiting on removal of conditional status). She's been here nearly 3 years without a trip home and misses her family. We have a 1 year old son. Can anyone share their experience traveling there recently?

- Do they escort you from the airport to your quarantine hotel?

- While in the hotel, do we really need separate rooms, and is that strictly enforced?

- Anything else noteworthy?

Sorry if there's other topics already on this. I looked and didn't see, and also read all of the official government posts.

I got an appointment July 2 however- I am based in Saudi and could not get a flight ticket. I sent an email tru (support-phils) and also in public inquiry form and i mention the possible dates like between August 26-31, 2021.

for those who re-schedule, how many days did you get a response if you requested tru support-ph email? I know its taking too long to get a response from public inquiry form.
