My daughter in law and youngest son are approved today, her daughter is still pending. 2 of the boys they have requested something more, but I am locked out of my USCIS and the lady at USCIS was unable to pull up the notice. I am sure it is about their birth certificates, because the midwife put her nick name on it. She has applied for corrected BCs but it has been a year and we have provided IDs and affidavits. What do we do if they demand the corrected BCs

18 years ago I married a woman from Romania.

it s was a K3 visa I married her in Romania. Sadly after 9 years and two kids it ended in divorce.

Fast forward to 2015 I married a woman from the phillipines it was a K1 fiancee visa. Sadly after 7 years and one child it ended in divorce.

First divorce ended due to infidelity on my wife s part. Second divorce she asked me for the divorce to move to alabama to live with her sister. I know your only allowed 2- K1 visas in a lifetime without a waiver. Since technically my first marriage was K3 and my second K1. Would I be able to do a K1 again without a waiver?

Also I understand there is no limit on marriage visas. Please help. Thank you.

Hello

Does anybody have the same problem when some of the boxes on the form won't allow to type in the answer. For example on the box that ask if I'm currently employed but it wont let me type my job title.

Another one is when I'm trying to type total number of people in my house hold, the box won't let me type in any number.

I just want to make sure I answer all questions correctly before I submit. BTW , the petition is for my mother who will be turning 70 in a couple of years so it would be nice if she could come even to visit her grand kids very soon.

Thank you in advance.

Mel

No Record of Birth Certificate

Hi There,

I have not been in this forum in a long time. I started my visa journey in 2006 and I came here in the US in 2007. I am so thankful for all the information that I got here that made my visa journey successful. I am now planning to petition my mother to come here in the US. The first problem that I am encountering is that my mom does not have a record of her Birth Certificate in the Philippines which is needed to be able to get her passport. I requested a copy of her birth certificate from Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) and what we got was a Record of No Birth. I found out that if you were born on or before 1950 you don't need a birth certificate just the PSA Authenticated Certificate of No Birth Record and Affidavit of Two disinterested persons attesting to the identity of the applicant to get a passport. So, my question is will it be a problem when I start sending the requirements for the petition documents? Would I still need to do a delayed registration of birth for my mother?

Would greatly appreciate to hear from anyone who had a similar situation with mine. I will be happy to hear your parents visa journey. Thank you for taking time. Looking forward to hear from you all.

Gladys
