US Immigration from Philippines

My Wifes Nephew came to the States when he was 14 (He's 31 Now) and has a Green Card. His Mother Naturalized when he was 17 . From what I have been reading he can get his citizenship by filing a N 600 form. The issue is if he did a N 400 its a few hundred dollars cheaper. Can he file the N 400 and just go that Route or will they deny him and make him doo a N 600?

K1 Visa

-No interview for my 2 years green card

-December 11, 2019 we filed Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence
-August 18, 2021 Case Was Approved (no interview) Did not receive a 10 years green card since N400 was approved at the same time!

-October 2, 2020 we filed for Form N-400, Application for Naturalization

-December 31, 2020 Biometrics appointment

-May 25, 2021 interview with Citizenship exam for N400 (took 10-15mins on both)

-August 17, 2021 Oath Ceremony Notice Was Mailed and scheduled for oath ceremony!

How complicated would it be for my fianc e and her two kids to meet me in Dubai? Would she be harassed at the airport? I don't want to buy tickets and make reservations if there would be any slightest doubts she would not be able to board the plane in Manila.

I have been checking this site for info regarding IR-1 visa processing and decided might as well sign up to gain more knowledge. My husband (US citizen) and I have been married for over 10 years now and living in the Phils. My US tourist visa is about to expire and we are now seriously thinking of moving to the US for good. We would like to know if it is highly recommended that we go through the IR-1 visa application with an immigration lawyer or companies that we've come across online like Rapid Visa or Boundless? Had an initial consultation with a lawyer and his fee was $3k+, Rapid Visa and Boundless seem to be more reasonable but are they reliable? There's really not any special circumstances that we are concerned about although we will be using a co-sponsor (relative of my husband). We'd love to know if anyone in this group has successfully completed the process from start to finish on their own (without paying a third party for assistance) with the end result being an approved visa for spouse. Thanks in advance for your inputs!

I am living with my son-in-law who is stationed in Japan on US Government orders. I am listed on his orders as a dependent and on his letter of employment as a dependent. From reading I can only find that the exemption to extended living abroad applies to children dependents and not parent dependents, like me. Am I ok to keep living in Japan. I really have no way to live on my own in the States because I depend on them for everything.

Any help or reassurance is welcomed.
