US Immigration from Philippines

My wife just attended her interview at the US Embassy in Manila and her Visa was approved. Question 1: What do we need now to get her out of the country. I was made aware of the Pre Departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS) with the Commission on Filipinos Overseas (CFO). I was also curious if she needs a Emigration Clearance Certificate(ECC). Question 2: I have two children, born in the Philippines and never exited country, that have Philippine and USA Passports. Do I need to acquire an ECC for them? And is there anything else required to get for the children to exit the country.

Hi all, I know this is a forum for moving to the US. My question is the opposite, my USC husband will be moving back to the PH with me, a USC and PH citizen.

We are looking to apply for his 13A at the Chicago PH embassy.

I looked that the PH embassy website and they only show the requirements but no instructions so here goes my questions.

1. Can I use my NSO issues birth certificate and marriage certificate? We got married in the Philippines and I don't have PSA issued one yet.

2. Which address should I mail the requirements and is there a prefered courier?

3. Are there specific instructions to put in the addressee to identify that it is a visa application?

4. How long does it take before we get a decision?

I hope anyone with experience can shed some light.

Not sure if I'm quite understanding the Balikbayan program. My wife is here in the US with me and NOT a dual citizen. Yes, she's been here longer than one year. She still has a valid Philippines passport. If we decide to go back to the Philippines, can I ask for the 1-year balikbayan visa? Can this visa be used only for FORMER Philippines citizens?

Hello everyone. I (the petitioner) helped my fiance (the beneficiary) fill out the DS-160 this weekend. Today, I logged in to usvisascheduling.com to fill out the K-1 application and I've been kind of stumped by this form. I've found next to no information or help for this form. I created my account, but noticed when I fill out the application it auto-fills my name and e-mail address. Is this correct? My second question is, the section on Dependents, does that apply only to minor dependents that will be immigrating with the beneficiary?

If my understanding is correct, I can't get the MRV slip or pay until this application is filed and I want to make sure I do it correctly.

I have been digging for hours on this with no luck finding any direction.

Do I need to complete the I-130A for my stepdaughter as well bcs on the form it says spouse beneficiary? So I'm a little confused? Pls advise, thanks!
