US Immigration from Philippines

We are finally getting ready to move to the USA again on December 7. Again because we had so hard a time leaving and a positive corna virus test the day before the flight previously and as a result their old visa expired. We finally got them reissued and plan to leave here on 7 December. We are having a hard time figuring out the schooling situation my kids grades are 7 and 8. The school here doesn't want to disenroll them. The contact in the USA sent a list of requirements at the beginning of the school year but strongly indicated that they would do nothing until the kids are there and prove residency. I don't know the exact questions I need to ask here but has any one transferred from the Philippines to a U.S. school mid-year and what was the process. The school here in the Philippines want to keep them enrolled until the the end of the school year and have them finish online. My wife went there to order their forms 137 and other stuff and was talked out of it. They said they can send the papers if the school there accepts them. They are worried that the school would somehow refuse them and the kids would loose this year of school. I told her I don't think school in the U.S. work that way but its been nearly 16 years since I have been in the U.S.A.

How long did it take u to receive an interview date after getting expedite approval..?!!

We're currently gathering requirements for my ROC and wants to know if we need to include the divorce decree of my husband's previous relationship? The form didn't ask if my husband had any previous marriage so I'm not sure if I still need include the divorce decree.

Hello Guys, It's been 1 year and 6 months since our K1 Visa was stuck at NVC.

Now my US petitioner has a new address and phone number and we don't know who we need to contact to update his profile.

Is it the Manila Embassy, NVC, USCIS? Joe Biden perhaps? lol

So in my last post Im under Sputum Oct 20,21 & 22 and has to come back Dec 22 which is very close to holidays, they told me (slec) they may extend my result date but i wish they wouldn't.

So my fianc (petitoner/us citizen) has a question that i dont even know the answer, he asked if its possible to ask Slec to give my result as early as possible? like 1week early of Dec 22? I dont even know how and what to answer and in my part i want to spend the entire week before Christmas at home with my children.

He expect that if we wait til Dec 22, chances that they may extend sputum result so as the reschedule K1 interview, we're hopeful to spend the New Yr together but i dont think we can.

oh a K1 applicant tild me that SLEC gave a K1 applicant before their result for a favor 1 or 2 weeka early since they need to travel from the Province and was granted. And a friend mentuoned that usually slec sputum results are done 3 weeks or 2 weeks before the actual date they asked u to come back. idk if its true.
