US Immigration from Philippines

I filed my n400 application on July and checking the process timeline every month and it s going smoothly until I checked yesterday went back to 9 months process time.. what the heck

any application process time happened like this?

If you know of someone planning to get a tourist visa in the Philippines, they may want to rethink that. Even if they meet the requirements, the next available embassy appointment is 559 days out.

One of the listed requirements is "Lease or Mortgage contracts showing joint occupancy oof your communal residence"
My house is paid off. The only loan I ever had on this house was a home equity loan that I entered into, two years before my wife arrived (Since paid off) We don't have any joint mortgage/HELOC accounts for the house.

We do have joint bank accounts, I have her as a beneficiary for dental on my employer's dental insurance. She has a separate healthcare plan, but bills to our joint address.

I have several bills that have our mailing address, and she also has paycheck stubs with her mailing address... But recently she stopped working because I got a new job that pays better and overlaps with her previous job's hours (and she needed to be at home to take care of our toddler)
We've also had a kid together, and have birth certificate for the boy.
We have Income Tax returns etc.
We have a lot of photos of us together.
We also may be able to provide medical bills that show us both as parents.

Any other recommendations on what to bring?

Hello everyone been a while, I am currently writing my withdrawal letter for the K1 and one of the things I must include is the reason for withdrawal, my question is if I put I'm withdrawling my petition due to my fianc being a prostitute, would I be ineligible to do another visa or any kind of international visa at all, if i decide to do this again? My fianc has b1-b2 visa have which she already came here once in the US and stayed for a month and I am a US Citizen.

Here's our plan

- We're planning to get married next year in the Philippines and come back here in the USA after the wedding.
- Can we file an AOS while she's in the USA even though she came with b1-b2 visa? or do I have to get married here in the USA before submitting I-130, I-485 and I-765?
