US Immigration from Philippines

I didn't realize that for K1 visas you can do the CFO counseling before you have the visa. As soon as my fiance got the visa last month she started trying to get a CFO session and I bought tickets for the 18th of December. She got an email back from a councilor last week but still hasn't gotten a date for the session.

What are the chances she will be able to get into a CFO session on time? She's going to attempt to contact the CFO councilor again Monday. Also I've seen a lot of people say nobody ever checked for the CFO certificate at the airport. If she doesn't have it in time should she attempt to fly anyway and hope nobody checks or is there some kind of problem that could occur from attempting this?

To summarize. I applied for a K1 visa, it is stuck in limbo. My fiance is here now on a tourist visa. We are waiting until February to marry so the UNCIS doesn't say she intended to use her tourist visa for marriage. She is wondering after we get married and apply for readjustment status if we can apply for "a pass" or something so she can go back for a couple months to say goodbye to her family and wrap a few things up.

I'm concerned for a friend of mine who recently got married online. He's 24 lives in the Philippines and just married a 19 year old girl here in the States. They are asking for donations so she can fly to the Philippines and live there for a year or so.

I don't understand I guess why someone would get married, yet not be in a financially stable position to pay for their own expenses. I don't think she's working.

So I'm curious about their future.

What are the income requirements for CR1? Let's say you get married online and then the US citizen moves to the Philippines and lives for a year with their spouse.

How does the couple immigrate to the US? Are they required to meet a certain income?

HELLO! How soon does your MRV payment got in to the system before you can make an appointment for the interview? Paid yesterday noon and tried scheduling early morning today, but the receipt was invalid. I'm confused. Please help.

My SO and I applied for the K-1 in October 2020 and we're still waiting at USCIS so we decided to meet in Thailand this Christmas.

She's has the CFO and a passport, but she's never left her country before and currently has no job. We've met one before in January 2020. She's asking me to provide for her an Affadivut of Support, but I can't find one for the purpose of meeting in a 3rd country (Thailand).

I'd like to provide her with as many documents as possible so she doesn't get offloaded. Does anyone know how we can provide an AOS meeting in a 3rd country? And if there are any other documents that we can provide for her?
