I received a request for evidence for my I-864 Affidavit of support pertaining my social security number, number of households, and W-2 & Tax transcripts which I have provided and labeled with sticky notes and cover page. I've double checked my files and I can't seem to find my error. I'm a little unsure if the household section on part 5 was filled correctly, is it supposed to be "zero" on number 3 to total 2? If you could give me a hint, thank you!

Now that I finally have my SSN, we are planning to amend our tax filings for the previous tax years. Some background -- - We were married in 2019. Other than visits, we lived in different countries while waiting for my spouse visa.
- USC husband filed as HOH for 2019. He had 1 dependent child in college. Child also filed taxes, as Single.
- Husband filed as MFS for 2020.
The plan is to change our filing status to MFJ for both 2019 & 2020. Can someone please confirm or correct my assumptions below? - I cannot claim recovery credit (ie. stimulus checks) for the previous tax years because my SSN was issued only in 2021.
- For 2019, we can file as MFJ, with 1 dependent. Child does not need to amend her own 2019 filing.
- We will need to send a statement electing to treat me as a US tax resident starting 2019.
- After filing our amended returns with the above statement, we may e-file our 2021 tax return.
Also, since I'm electing to be a tax resident from 2019, do I need to file FBAR for 2019 & 2020? My husband is shocked that we can get more than $5k in additional refunds by amending our filing to MFJ. I'm looking for an accountant to review our amended returns before filing, and to assure my husband that it's all legit ("Yes, honey, it's ok for us to get that much money back from the government..." ).

12-22-21 Sputum Medical Result 8:AM 12-23-21 Manila Embassy 8:AM Everything is all good, the medical result is not on time during my interview (slec forwarded) and Embassy has to call and verify. before my turn there is a consul whose really grumpy and i said Oh Lord don't put me into that guy but he ended up my interviewer but um happy that he was. Questions: Your name? Do you know your F was married before? Yes sir, divorce 2013 How old is he? 36 young and he was smiling Maybe you really have a strong bond? I said, he meet me and he's hooked he laughed. What is the name of the dating site? I said .... .com but idk if it still exist and he was laughing and said IDK maybe hmmm for sure but i never been there . You must like him immediately? He likes me first Why did he and his ex wife divorce? I said because they dont understand each other and nah idc and the consul was laughing . p.s VISA APPROVED! but I'm glad that the consul asked me a lot so i could verify info and explained. I don't think he's grumpy anymore after my interview. Carin

Our journey to immigrate my wife here started in December of 2015. From the first form we filed, I-130, to most recently, the I-751. Through the help and advice from fellow forum members, I was able to accomplish this entire process with No RFE s or legal help. logged into USCIS online status update this am and it showed, New card being produced . I-751 filed May 2019 Interview was scheduled on Nov 8 for Dec 13. Dec 13 ROC interview completed. Status updated today, 12/21/21 to New card being produced . we re done for now. Taking a breather from USCIS for awhile before filling the N400. We re both stressed to the max!!! THANKS to all here for the advice and support!

After a 2.5 year engagement caused by delays from Covid, we are finally getting married. Through all our trials and belief that god would choose the right time for us, we came out much stronger on the other side.
