US Immigration from Philippines

Hi,

Is it OK to get affidavits of marriage from my spouse's aunt and uncle who live in the US already who have extensive knowledge of our relationship? Does the fact she has relatives already in the US matter at all here?

Also, does anyone know if affidavits of marriage have to be wet ink or can they be signed and scanned? (and if so, is e-signature acceptable or is it wet ink signature only for the scan?)

I will file my spouse s petition CR-1 immediately after we received the marriage certificate, however, her passport is still in maiden name. Can I file my petition and submit the existing Philippines passport (with her maiden name)? Or should we wait and request for her new Philippines passport (with married name) to be release?

My wife has not received her NOA for her I-751 and her GC expires on the 14th. She has to travel for work. What can we do??

My wife is travelling back to the Philippines in March. It looks like she will have a 13 hour layover in LA. The flight is 14 hours to Manila and 4 hours from STL to LAX. It usually takes 24 hours to get the results of the test here. Does anyone know how they calculate the PCR test within 48 hours?
